We had a great trip the condo is a little dated but it's not like in bad shape a new couch might not hurt the beds were comfortable other than that we had a great trip and may stay there again

The condo is very spacious and comfy However please note even tho the condo is pet friendly finding a area for your little one to go potty is not convenient at all. Also, while still relatively close to most things it is on the far end of the strip and a solid half mile walk to the Old Smokey Hollar.

The host Jeff was very quick to answer any questions I had.The condo was clean and in good condition for its age. It is dated but was comfortable for a family of 5. It served it's purpose and was walking distance to the strip. It was nice and peaceful in the evening to sit out on the balcony and listen to the creek

Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great experience at this location. We arrived several hours ahead of the 3 o'clock check in time but were still able to get into our room which was a wonderful bonus. We had a beautiful view overlooking the stream below. We were just feet away from one of the beautiful walking trails that led us to the Gatlinburg Welcome Center. We had a bear that visited us nightly because we were just on the edge of town and away from the downtown noise. We also were at a location where we could park our car and leave it there the entire time because we could walk to everything we wanted to see and do. Yes, the condo was outdated but it was clean, comfortable and had everything that we needed. The only issue that I saw that was misleading was the pool and hot tub were not available/clean.

Screen door to balcony was damaged and off track. Easily overlooked by maintenance. I fixed it myself. No big deal. This a great condo! Key entry. Loved it. This beautiful condo sets back near the trail head to the Smokey National Park. Very quiet. Balcony on top of the pigeon river! Soo relaxing and soothing. We turned the air off and opened up the balcony doors. Best sleep we had in a long time.

The location to the strip is good. It’s a short easy walk. The condo is dated with older appliances and decor. It appeared clean and was quite acceptable for the price point. Parking was good and the view from the deck was excellent. Great water view and great stream sounds. This location is in town but the view feels more like an isolated wooded area with a stream. Don’t think it would disappoint if that’s what you’re going for.

Nice facility. A little dated, but clean. A few issues could be a simple fix like replacing the faucet handle on the master shower. The facility manager was very friendly and helpful. Check in was clear and a breeze. Great location. Easy walk to the main strip.

Nice Place

Great quiet location. Our unit balcony overlooked river and woods. Nice to sleep with the sound of water. Easy walk to downtown areas plus at trailhead of Gatlinburg trail. If I come to the area again, I will stay here.

Great spot overlooking the river, and walking distance from the strip. Two bears ran right next to our condo. A lot of room in the condo with a huge balcony. Not the most updated place but still very nice, could use a deep cleaning.

Great Creek Location Steps From the Park

We've stayed several places in Gatlinburg, but this was easily our favorite so far. Just around the corner is the Gatlinburg trail with a fantastic 2-mile hike/run to Sugarlands Visitor's Center. When you get tired of the park you're right next to all the dining and attractions options you could want with no need to drive. Our condo was freshly cleaned, check-in and check-out were easy, and the staff was very friendly. All the units are directly on the river so you get a great view. Very nice place to stay, we'll be back.

Location of this condo was perfect! We were able to get out and walk everywhere in Gatlinburg. It was one of the most crowded times in the city so it was great to park and not have to move our car. I loved that we were on the end of the "strip" so it was a hit quieter. The condo itself is dated. But, it has everything you need to have a great trip. I wish it were warmer during our stay so we could've enjoyed the balcony overlooking the creek. It was beautiful. We traveled with our dog. It was a bit difficult to find a good place for a potty break. Had to trek a bit off property to find a grassy spot.

Great location close to all of the attractions and main drag in Gatlinburg and right on the doorstep of the Smokey Mountains National Park. You can walk from your door to a trail in 5 minutes. The particular unit we stayed in had enough space for 6 people and we enjoyed our stay. However, parts of the unit are quite dated, in particular the second shared bathroom is in serious need of updating and some basic repairs.

Perfect Gatlinburg stay

Check in/out process was super easy. Although a little dated, the condo was clean and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, living room furniture the most comfortable at any rental I've ever stayed at. Location is perfect, just off the strip with plenty of parking. We didn't need to leave town to see bear, we got to see one right in town walking back to the condo. Super close to GSM. Would stay here again.
