This Cozy Cape is on a quiet dead end street. Great for families with children.
Located 3/4 mile from downtown, walking distance to 3 beaches, 1.3 miles to Hyannis Habor for the ferry to Nantucket/Martha's Vineyard. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home won't disappoint! First floor Master Bedroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are on the second floor. Comfortably sleeps 10 + pullout couch. Parking 4-5 vehicles.

We had a fantastic stay at this home with our extended family. It was the perfect setup for our group of three adults and six pre-teens and teenagers. The outdoor shower and air conditioning were great bonus features, and we always had plenty of hot water. Keyes Beach is just a short walk down the street with ample parking, and we also visited Craigville and Long Beach for a change of scenery—those beaches were a bit less rocky, which we preferred. Pepi, the owner, was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would absolutely recommend this property!

Wonderful Place, Can’t Wait to Return

My husband & I & our college-age son & daughter loved staying at this house! Plenty of room to hang out together inside & on the deck, as well places to be alone. Our cousins (3 adults) came for part of the week & none of us felt crowded. We love the neighborhood, walking to the beaches (or driving to others nearby), & walked along the water every morning. The kitchen is wonderful to cook in & we also loved grilling outside. I was just in touch with the Owner to reserve our week for next summer (he’s a pleasure to deal with) & he let me know that there is now a new Queen bed in the upstairs room (replacing the old double). That would have been my only suggestion. We’re looking forward to our stay next summer!

Amazing stay, close to the beach!

Amazing property close to the beach, great space for 6 adults. The house was very well stocked and the outdoor space was wonderful for grilling and hanging out! Would definitely stay again.

Great stay close to the beach

Pros: 5 min walk to the beach which was great for two families with 3 kids ranging 2-5. The house was spacious with plenty of room and had a well stocked and spacious kitchen- we did lots of cooking and grilling on site. Property manager was very helpful and responsive to questions. The beach pass included made it easy to beach hop! Beach chairs are provided which were very helpful. There is ample seating on the deck for dinners and we enjoyed the fire pit. Laundry on site was awesome and worked great for drying damp beach towels. Cons: the listing wasn’t clear at the time of booking that we needed to bring our own sheets and towels which was a minor annoyance (this is now apparent on the listing). The biggest issue for us was that the double bed upstairs has an old saggy mattress that really needs to be replaced as it was very uncomfortable to sleep on.

Excellent property

We had a party of 8 at the house, 5 adults and 3 kids. It was a wonderful amount of space. The location was awesome, right up the street from a lovely little beach and close to Main Street. The mall was also close by for the one rainy day we had. The house has everything you need for a comfortable vacation. My only recommendation would be a queen size bed upstairs instead of a full. The small bed was a bit uncomfortable for us for a week, as my parents were in the king bed downstairs. The rooms were all wonderfully clean tho, beautifully and simply decorated, fans were provided in the upstairs bedrooms to help circulate the central air, since it is a bit hot up there. The street was quiet and adorable. We didn’t use the grill, but we made s’mores at the fire pit and had a nice time sitting outside in the evening. Would definitely recommend this property and would love to stay here again.

Oasis in Hyannis

This property is a lovely, open plan house with lots of charm and a ton of amenities. The kitchen, unlike many rentals is fully equipped. From decent pots to first rate knives, cooking was a pleasure. Strainers, mixing bowls, cookie sheets, everything you need to cook. The house sits on a quiet dead end block, under 10 minutes to the local beach, 20 minutes into downtown hyannis. It's a quick 10 minute drive to Craigville beach, and with light traffic, all the local markets were easily accessible. Excellent high speed internet, solid television, and lots of classic games provided diversions on the several rainy days we encountered. The firepit, BBQ and deck provided lots of ways to relax on nicer days. All the appliances worked well, and were in good repair. We will be seriously considering a return visit.

Relaxing with a capital R

This house could not have been more perfect for 4 adults & 2 teenagers!... We never felt crowded, everyone had their own space. The house is close enough to walk to the beach & downtown for teens that don't quite have a license yet. We felt safe.... comfortable and relaxed! We thoroughly enjoyed the well stocked kitchen, firepit and BBQ grill... The owners answered all questions within minutes & seemed more than obliged to help with all our questions & concerns. Should we return to the cape...I can't think of any other location / house we would stay!!!! Thank you

Fantastic rental!

I can't say enough good things about this property! Our vacation plans changed at the last minute and we were so fortunate to have found this house. The house is in a lovely neighborhood, with just a few blocks walk to the beach (and very close by to the ferry - if you want to take a trip to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket). The house was immaculate and has a fully stocked kitchen (which I truly appreciate). It has a great back deck with a large picnic table, plenty of chairs, and a large gas grill! We enjoyed our coffee in the morning and dinners in the evening on the deck. I am very much looking forward to our return next year, and highly recommend this property!
