This premium vacation beach home has everything you'll need to enjoy your time at the beach. The comfortable soft leather furniture in the living room are perfect for watching the flat screen TV or just enjoying a good book while the kids play at the beach. The seasonal swimming pool is a short walk from this condo and there is a hot tub open year round. BBQ grills are also available at the clubhouse, perfect for cooking fresh locally caught seafood. Looking to keep to your exercise routing while on vacation? No problem with the fully furnished fitness room in the clubhouse with 24 hour access. This vacation home is located on the 2nd floor and accessible by elevator and stairs.

This home combines the best of coastal living with cool ocean breezes and a large picture window. In the kitchen you will find all modern appliances and large enough for many helpers to prepare meals. The master bedroom has a king bed and private bathroom including a large jetted tub. The guest bedroom is great for kids and includes a twin size bunk bed on top and full bed below. A pull out trundle bed is also provided for additional guests.




Your stay with us includes total access to all the amenities our property has to offer. This includes a year-round large outdoor hot tub, heated seasonal swimming pool, barbeque grills, and well equipped exercise center at the clubhouse. There is also a large grassy play-field perfect for the kids, a basketball court, putting green, horseshoe pits, and playground for the little ones. A fenced dog walk area is available for our 4 legged friends behind the clubhouse. Two EV Charging stations through ChargePoint are available for all guests near the clubhouse. Soak up the sunshine and relax on one of the many park benches and watch the activities. You'll have a great Vacation by the Sea in Westport in this wonderful vacation home. No worries, it’s time to have fun at the beach!

Worked out well for our beach weekend with 3 generations. Condo was clean and had most things in the kitchen. Close to beach. The sunsets and moon were incredible this trip! Loved the bunk bed & trundlebed, it worked well for us.

Convenient location near the beach

The kids love the beach and this spot was perfect. Very clean inside and the kids loved the bunk bed. If you do need help they are very responsive as well.

Also was a little disturbed the dinning room table was just straight on the carpet instead of having at least a more cleanable rug or something under it. Otherwise can’t beat the location to the beach and other amenities! Beds were comfortable too.

A Week By the Sea

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Did not care for the unit. Have stayed many times at this complex, all other times units were superior. This one seemed impersonal and bare bones. No bench to sit at by the front door for removing/putting on shoes. No hooks to hang anything. Kitchen lacking lots of basics plus no salt, but 2 pepper shakers. Cold water never cold, always warm. Biggest deficiency was the dining room. Chairs too big for the space and of no use at the bar top as they were too low. No blanket for the couch to put over oneself if napping. Very disappointing unit.
