La cocina cuenta con electrodomésticos, sala de estar bellamente decorada, sala de juegos y porche delantero. Baje las escaleras para encontrar un dormitorio con cama matrimonial, cama Queen en la habitación abierta, dos camas individuales y otro baño completo. We had a great stay in Falmouth! The house was a very short walk to Falmouth Heights beach. It was perfect for two families to stay (one downstairs and one upstairs). Young kids really appreciated the stash of toys. Host was very helpful and responsive. Will definitely rent again next year!

Wish we could stay here forever!

Do not hesitate to book this property. We took a family vacation with grandparents, parents, a teen, and a tween. The house would have easily accomodated young children, as well. It was updated, clean, bright, deceptively spacious, and you cannot beat the location. We walked to the beach so many times! There are spaces to watch tv, build a puzzle, sit and read in peace, nap, get some sun on the patio, etc. Parking was easy for two cars, quiet neighborhood, and the owner was kind and communicative. We had a slight issue with some missing bath towels, and everything was helpfully resolved within the hour. I could not love this home or our experience more. Thank you for a memorable family week!

Falmouth family trip

Great location. Easy walk to beach, coffee shop, restaurants, even ferry to the vineyard. Nice open layout upstairs for socializing. Well equipped including lightweight wagon to easily get our chairs and umbrellas to the beach. The two smaller bedrooms in basement level suitable for kids.

In the Heart of the Heights

Tucked away a block from the hustle and bustle - this house was perfect for our family. It has all the cape charm and is clean, cool and conveniently located by our favorite beach, Shipwrecked and, of course, the basketball court! Beautiful morning walks along the water, hanging out on the deck at night and lots of relaxation. My only critique was that the primary bed in the basement could be bigger and a little more cushioned but the property manager was already on top of it! She was great. Checked in on us and very responsive. Highly recommend this spot!

Location

It was wonderful to walk to beach. Our 5 year old granddaughter loved feeding the ducks at the harbor. She also walked to the Island Queen and all around MV. A quick trip to Woods Hole also!

Great stay

Accurate listing, all amenities accounted for (including air conditioning -lifesaver during the heatwave while we were there). Closer to the beach than you think. Most importantly, it was very clean. Great host, we hope to be back again. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Friendship Celebration Weekend

We could not have asked for a better location for our reunion of college gals celebrating 40+ years of friendship. The cottage was beautifully appointed with ocean theme decor, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen and lots of space to hang out in both inside and outdoors. Just steps to the beach which was a nice surprise! Very quiet neighborhood as well. We are already thinking about next year's plans! Thank you!

4th of July in Falmouth

Can’t say enough good things about Katelyn and her house! Perfect location, very clean, all the amenities we needed & plenty of room for everyone. Lots to do and easy walk to beach, restaurants & ferry. I would definitely stay there again!

Nice home with lots of charm

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The property owner was incredibly responsive and easy to work with. I have rented several VRBO's and I would put her right at the top of the list. The house itself was very nice. My kids loved the small room with toys waiting for them. We liked that we were so close to Falmouth Heights beach (3 min walk). I would say that we ended preferring some other beaches that were more calm and had less waves (Surf Beach). We had to pay $15 each time we went to a beach for parking. Not all beaches are accessible in Falmouth unless you have a resident sticker. We also found some of the upstairs bedrooms very hot at night. Fortunately my kids are troopers and we put a couple fans on them and they slept great. I would suggest adding AC units to those rooms in the future. Overall this is a great cape house. We loved our stay and really enjoyed being on the property!

Beach Escape

I loved the way the house was decorated with a beach theme. We also thought the location was great we walked to the beach everyday and walked to the Island Queen to take us to Martha's Vineyard for the day.

Beautiful family home

Adorable beach house!!

Our family of 7 had such a wonderful time vacationing in Falmouth. The house was clean and beautifully decorated and fit our large family so well. There was even a play room for our two year old to be entertained. It was so close to the beach. Just a few houses away so we could walk. Everything we needed was in close proximity...restaurants, bike rental, grocery store, ferry to Martha’s Vineyard, etc. The owner, Katelyn was so easy to work with too. We definitely recommend staying here!

Stay here!

Staying here made me want to buy a house in Falmouth Heights! This location was Just perfect for our family. We had the beach, park and restaurants down the street. Inside the house, everyone had a comfortable place to sleep, and there was plenty of indoors/outdoor dining space. For a larger family, it was very helpful that many things we needed were provided; linens, towels, toys, games, beach chairs, etc. Thank you, Katelyn!

Amazing home and lovely owner!

We had an amazing stay at Katelyn’s home. The property is conveniently located 2 blocks from the beach, within a block of multiple grassy parks, and a 15 minute walk to downtown Falmouth, Main Street. The home is very spacious with plenty of beds, sparkling clean, and has all the necessities for a long or short stay. Katelyn was so easy and pleasant to speak with and responded immediately to any of my questions or concerns. I would 100% recommend this home to anyone looking for a rental and cannot wait to be back myself!!

My husband and I purchased this house in 2015 after we had rented it with our family a few years earlier. We simply fell in love with it and with the area! Our daughter was born October 2019 and we can't wait to create memories with her at the house and beach as its such a special property. Most of our family lives on the cape so we are very familiar with the area! 781-910-8800

You'll walk inside and realize why we call this home "Our happy place!" Many of our weekly summer guests are repeat renters and we hope you are too. It's the perfect family vacation rental to share with another family as there are two separate sleeping areas downstairs and upstairs, each with a full bath, but also plenty of space to hang out with eachother in the kitchen/livingroom and patio. Please note, this is a family vacation home. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood.
