Fish at Deer Creek or toss fly in the blue ribbon Provo River. Go from adventure to adventure, and then head back to the house for some small-town charm.

Kitchen fully stocked with dishes and cookware and cooking oils and a full spice rack. Mr. Coffee 12-cup coffee-maker and 4 slice toaster. Air fryer and convention microwave. For your convenience there is a cupboard with paper plates and cups and utensils. ( grandma didn't like doing dishes anymore than you do. ; )

Bunk beds feature kids Coleman lanterns for a memorable night or if they need to get up during the night.

Living room features a 55" Samsung smart tv to watch your Netflix, prime or Hulu movies. We also have fun DVDs.

Covered back patio has a gas bbq and seating for everyone. Enjoy the stream & local deer that reside here year-round.

Property manager is on site in an accessory apartment in the upstairs of the home. It is a seperate entrance in the rear of the home.
Guest access
The home is situated on a generous third acre with a fenced area for your fur baby. The back patio is ideal for family BBQ's year round or just relaxing privately.

Keyless entry code will be provided prior to check in.
Other things to note
This unique home is close to Main Street which features a movie theatre, a bowling alley, sports bar, restaurants, grocery stores and anything you need. In the summer it is walking distance to the weekly farmers market and music festival.

Also very close proximity to the county rodeo and fair grounds and many baseball parks.

Wasatch county is home to limitless adventures. The heber creeper train, the homestead crater, soldier hollow, hiking trails, biking trails, Deer Creek and Jordanelle reservoirs for boating, kayaking, paddle board and fishing activities. The mid Provo River is renowned for trophy fly fishing. THREE ski resorts and THREE golf courses. Park City is just 20 minutes away. One month max stay. Ask for longer.
