You'll be just minutes from skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, horseback riding, mountain biking, golfing, shopping, scenic train rides, and so much more.

After a day of adventure, come home and unwind in your private hot tub, rejuvenate in the steam shower, enjoy a movie in the theater room, or relax in the beautiful backyard. Inside, the space is warm and inviting, with one cozy bedroom and two additional living areas featuring a high-quality full-size air mattress and a sofa bed. The bathroom is simple and functional, with thoughtful touches like aromatherapy amenities, apothecary essentials, a hair dryer, and a luxurious steam shower to help make your stay as comfortable as possible.

As this is a private suite within our owner-occupied home, you may occasionally hear normal household sounds such as footsteps or conversations from upstairs. We are very mindful of our guests and make every effort to keep noise to a minimum. During the summer, you may occasionally see us caring for the yard or watering plants, and in the winter we maintain walkways and remove snow as conditions require. We always strive to complete outdoor maintenance quickly and respectfully so you can enjoy your stay.

Additional amenities include a European-style washer and dryer in the unit and a high-quality air mattress for extra sleeping space. Although the suite does not have air conditioning, the daylight basement design naturally keeps it cool and comfortable, even during Utah's warm summer days.

Driving or paid transportation is recommended, as public transit is limited in our area and rides from the airport can be more expensive due to the distance.
