➤ Please make yourself comfortable! You're welcome to utilize the entire space except for the fireplace. Kindly refrain from attempting to use it.

➤There's a total of 4 bedrooms in the property but, only 3 bedrooms are for rental. The master bedroom, garage, fireplace and basement are off-limits.

➤ There's a total of 2.5 bathrooms, but only 1.5 is available for the guests' use.

➤ Two (2) guests per bed plus 1 guest can stay on the Full-sized pull-out couch

Other things to note

➤ Important: Before you arrive, you will be asked to choose between a damage deposit ($10) or a damage waiver ($35) through third-party provider Truvi. They will contact you via email and/or text to complete the process. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in.

➤ Please be aware that pets are not permitted on the premises.
➤ There are 2 entry ways to enter the property.
➤ SMOKING OR VAPING OF ANY KIND IS NOT ALLOWED in the home. If we find any evidence of smoking inside we will have to charge you the $200 smoking fee.

➤LAST-MINUTE BOOKINGS
Last-minute bookings are reservations that was made within 48-72 hours before the checkin date.Please be aware that for last-minute bookings, our standard check-in time is adjusted to 7 PM. However, in some cases, we may be able to accommodate a 4 PM check-in so please let us know asap if you need an earlier check-in, and we'll make every effort to accommodate your request.

➤STARTER SUPPLIES
In order to set realistic expectations, we offer essential starter supplies to make your stay more comfortable. These complimentary supplies comprise shampoo, soap, toilet paper, and a few other basic items. Please note that these supplies are not intended to last for the entire duration of your booking but are provided to avoid the need to rush to the supermarket immediately upon arrival.
