House Rules & Noise Complaints: My listing clearly states that parties and events are strictly prohibited, and there is a strict noise policy from 10 PM to 9 AM. You never informed me in advance about hosting a gathering. However, throughout the night, there were multiple noise complaints from neighbors, and my motion-detection camera, which also monitors noise levels, confirmed excessive disturbances. Smoking & Late-Night Disturbances: Additionally, 6-7 of your guests were smoking in the backyard and speaking loudly at 3 AM, which is completely unacceptable. This is a residential neighborhood, and I must ensure my neighbors' comfort as well. I strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests while maintaining respect for house rules and the community. Unfortunately, this stay did not align with those expectations.

Their reservation was canceled because they intended to host a party, which is strictly prohibited and clearly mentioned in our house rules. Despite this, we issued them a full refund.
