HEATED IN-GROUND POOL, 7 LARGE BEDROOMS, WALK TO BEACH, 5 MILES TO AC

200 8th St. South is in the perfect Location in Brigantine. A heated in-ground pool with LED lighting and all new landscaping. There are 7 bedrooms to accommodate extended families or multiple families with children. Only 1 block to beach access. Huge driveway plus plenty of free on street parking. Easily walkable to shops, and restaurants. 4 first floor bedrooms and two and half first floor bathrooms for anyone uncomfortable with stairs. 2 spacious master suites bedrooms with bathrooms on second floor.

All bath towels, linens, and bedding are included. Just bring your beach towels. We also provide a propane grill with propane included, numerous beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach blanket, toys, and beach passes (only needed from mid-June to Labor)

YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD TO RENT. PLEASE NO HIGH SCHOOL OR COLLEGE PARTIES. SORRY, NO PETS AND NO SMOKING.

****POOL IS OPEN FROM MID-APRIL THROUGH EARLY OCTOBER AND CLOSED FOR THE WINTER****

Rentals are Saturday to Saturday through summer.

Second time my group of friends stayed here - it’s the perfect higher-end shore house for a large group. The place is so well stocked with anything you’d need for the pool or beach or games or cooking and grilling. Great location, 5 min walk to the beach. Pool is an awesome alternative to some time at the beach. Would and will probably stay again!

The house was terrific and met our family’s needs perfectly. We love the spacious kitchen and used the pool every day. The weather was delightful which added to our overall experience. Amy and her husband met our concerns (very few minor ones) promptly and courteously. I hope to be back next year.

This is our fourth year staying at the house. It has always been kept clean and ready for use when we arrive. The pool is a great asset for everyone to relax around after a day at the beach. The number of rooms and bathrooms accommodates our family perfectly. The house is located a block from St Thomas Catholic Church. It is a leisurely walk to the beach. We are all lookiing forward to staying here again next year.

The house was everything we wanted. There was a group of 13 of us that all slept comfortably with room to spare. The check in was simple and accommodating. We will be back!

Outstanding vacation stay

Beautiful house on a quiet street located five minutes walking from the beach. The seven bedrooms provided ample space for our growing family. House has a large kitchen/eating area. The pool is great after a day at the beach.

Exceptional home and location!

Such a fun long weekend! Awesome location an easy walk to the beach in one direction and the fishing pier in the other direction. Wawa one block away for any forgotten essentials or a quick snack. Layout is perfect for multiple families/couples with everyone having their own spaces and not on top of each other at all. Had everything we needed and the heated pool was a big hit with everyone! Grilled out and enjoyed the side yard space and loved the games they had for kids and adults alike. Owner was great and super responsive. Already talking about a return stay! The perfect getaway.

Great house for bachelorette

We had the best stay! The house is huge and was perfect for our group of 15, we really appreciated having so many bathrooms as well. When we arrived the pool had not been cleaned yet but it was quickly addressed by the property manager. We loved the neighborhood as well, so close to the beach, beautiful landscaping, and good restaurants and beach shops nearby.

Girls Trip

We had a fantastic weekend at this property! Both the owner and property manager were immediately accessible for all needs. The house was exactly as pictured and abundantly spacious for our group of 14. The garage houses everything you need for the pool or beach including beach chairs. Large backyard was perfect for a group dinner and a grill was provided. Would 10/10 recommend and would book again!

Excellent Stay in Brigantine

Our stay at this house was exceptional. Location: You're less than a couple blocks away from the shore, and very close proximity to shops, stores and the all too valuable Wawa. Amenities: The spacious layout provided ample room to lounge and unwind, complemented by a large, well-equipped kitchen perfect for cooking up feasts. Not to mention the pool was excellent for a relaxing afternoon. Host: Thomas, our host, was attentive and accommodating, he ensured every aspect of our stay was nothing short of perfection. Summary: For a shore getaway that ticks all the boxes – from location to amenities to hospitality – this house is an unrivaled choice.

Ladies Weekend 2024

The house was excellent. The property was very spacious allowing for our group of 9 to spread out and not be on top of each other. Having five bathrooms for all of us ladies really made things convenient for us. The front porch was amazing and quickly became our meeting place and hang out location. The pool area was perfect size and place for us to relax before going out to explore Brigantine. The property was very well maintained and neat. We had all the amenities we needed. We always cook one meal on our trip and having the grill and ample dishware was perfect. Plenty of parking for our group which normally isn't the case. The ease of check-in was great and the property manager was very responsive. Really enjoyed the property and cannot recommend the listing enough. Definitely hope to come back in the future!

Girls weekend

The house was in the best location. A little over one block to the beach and right by Wawa. The best part was having a pool as well, which was heated to hang in after the beach. The house was so clean, in fact walking into the home you could smell the freshness. It also has everything you need from dishes to beach chairs to games, you name it, you will it here in this home. We had 11 women stay and we had so much room. At one point we lost count of the bathrooms so showering with large groups will not be an issue. The property managers were magnificent, they answered all inquiries promptly. One day we couldn’t figure out where the pool heater was so they popped over. We were sad to leave and will definitely be looking to stay once again. Thank you for hosting the best stay.

Family reunion gone well

My brother and I grew up in New Jersey and both moved away many, many years ago and miss the Jersey shore a lot. We are grown now and have kids that range in age from 17 to 29 and we found this was the perfect please for 13 of us to connect and enjoy a week with each other. 7 bedrooms was plenty of space, the kitchen and eating areas met our needs. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and toys. The pool was a blast and great to have. Great communication from the property manager. The beach is 2 blocks away, nature area a 5 minute drive. Within a short walk their is good amount of shopping downtown with fun restaurants for a night out. Wawa around the corner for a quick bit. For a boardwalk experience, we went to Ocean City and had a blast with the whole family. We really could not have asked for more. Thank you!!!
