Jerry's home in Brigantine is absolutely beautiful. The space is comfortable, was super clean, and it has every amenity covered. We celebrated our dog Jax's successful surgery and his 12th birthday this week and created many terrific memories.Communication with our host was excellent and he welcomed us with a note and some comfort food. It was a very thoughtful thing to do.The place was perfect. Thank you so much!

Beautiful home, spacious, clean and comfortable, kitchen well stocked. Grandsons loved playing in the grassy back yard. Plenty of beach chairs and cart, no need to bring your own! Great location, steps to the beach, walking distance to stores, restaurants, etc. Fabulous week spent with kids and grandkids, would definitely stay here again. Thanks again Jerry!

The house and location were both terrific. We really enjoyed the patios and view of the ocean from the top floor. And the owner was always very responsive to any questions. We had our dog with us, and the house/yard worked very well.

Great Location, Great Views!

Jerry was a great host. House was very clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Beach gear was very nice with a nice short walk to the beach. Views were fantastic. Jerry was quick to respond to messages and left us a delicious cookie tray. He was also very accommodating with our dog. We had a fabulous stay with our family.

Stunning

We absolutely loved this place. It was beautiful and the kitchen was well stocked the views were like no other we ever stayed at in Brigantine. The deck had direct view to the ocean and the beach was within view and right behind the house. Accessing it took seconds ! We brought our french bull dog and the fenced in back yard was perfect and he loved it. We loved that we were able to rent a house that had TV’s that were easy to work and all channels !I can’t say enough about the owner he was so accommodating and really keeps the house perfect and so clean for guest. It’s gorgeous ! We can’t wait to come back it will always be our first choice. Thank you so much for the stay the house was so welcoming, clean and gorgeous !

The house was extremely clean, great location and very comfortable!

It’s very well maintained and decorated very nice. The kitchen was well equipped with all items necessary for cooking. The beds were comfortable, lots of closets. Would stay again in a heartbeat. And the owner was very reachable to any questions that arised . Had a memorable few days.

Amazing house! Immaculate! Beautiful! Close to everything!

We loved this house! So beautifully decorated. High end appliances. Quality through and through. Brought our baby granddaughter who is crawling . This house was immaculate to my relief! We brought our Boxer and our daughter’s parrot. A beautiful fenced in yard with gorgeous landscaping. We appreciate and enjoy a well maintained home and Jerry keeps this property at high standards. The beach cart he added this year made trips to the very close beach even easier for us. Thank you Jerry! We were blown away and plan to return.

We had a fantastic experience at Jerry's house in Brigantine! It is easy to access the beach, making it convenient for our family to come and go all day! The house comes with badges, a beach buggy, an umbrella, and chairs—how easy! The house is stunning and well-appointed. It's perfect for family gatherings. With amenities like a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a backyard, an outdoor shower, multiple decks, and a safe and secure environment, it offers a bit of everything. Cooking and barbecuing were a dream with great appliances. The ocean views from the third-floor deck are awe-inspiring, and it became a great place for my elderly folks to relax and enjoy. For our stay, the ages ranged from 6 months to 85 years old and included four teens. We had a blast and easily found communal and personal space. I also love that we could bring our beloved dogs. The house has a great yard for dogs, too! Jerry, the host, is kind, welcoming, and responsive, ensuring that any questions are immediately answered! Very kind indeed! Thank you, Jerry! I highly recommend this stay because it combines convenience, stunning views, comfort, and excellent hospitality. It is a place where families can create lasting memories by the sea. Five stars!

House was roomy and very close to beach. Grass in backyard was convenient since we had a dog with us. Plenty of space for our family. Owner was very responsive. Would definitely recommend.

Wow! Such a gem of a place

I cant express enough how incredible our almost two weeks were. The amount of pride put into their home is unparalleled. I am so aplreciative to have been able to wake up, take after beach naps with the dogs, all while listening to the ocean right from the bedroom! Our family has now stayed at about 6 different homes and there is no comparison to Jerry's. This is it! The small fenced in yard is beautifully landscaped and a perfect place for our dogs. The updates made to the home make it modern and super clean! The walk (steps) to the beach are worth the stay alone! Not having to drive and being right where the lifeguards was ideal, especially with a six and 2 year old. Not to mention having a room downstairs for our 76-year-old father was perfect. This was the first time i had to bring own towels sheets and soap, but overall i wpuld not change a thing. So incredibly thankful this home is pet friendly and already looking to stay again ASAP!

The property and accommodations are top flight from the comfort of the furniture and bedding to the beauty of the ocean views and gardening in the back yard! We had the most delightful stay which accommodated so easily the needs of my family and grandchildren!!! It was a fantastic vacation very short walk to the beach which is so convenient which young children!!

Wonderful Thanksgiving

What a beautiful house. The size and layout worked perfectly for our family gathering for Thanksgiving week. We had two dogs that just loved the backyard and going for runs on the beach. Communication with Jerry was easy, and he made sure our stay was comfortable. Highly recommend!
