8005 Treetops is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in South Forest Beach. Guests will enjoy access to a community pool, shared tennis courts and a convenient location that allows you to walk and bike to everything you could need! This condo is a 7-minute bike ride to Coligny Plaza, Lowcountry Celebration Park and Coligny Beach Park! Enjoy an 8-minute walk to the beach or an easy 3-minute bike ride! When you stay at 8005 Treetops you are less than 0.5 miles to beach access!

This condo does require walking up stairs to access, but once you enter the condo everything is on one level! The condo was recently updated with new flooring throughout and luxury bathrooms! The coastal décor transports you to paradise for a relaxing stay on Hilton Head. The kitchen is fully stocked and features peninsula seating for 2. Guests can gather around the dining table for meals or play games together! The living room is beautifully decorated with 2 comfortable couches, a smart TV and access to the screened-in patio.

Bedroom 1 features a king-sized bed, a smart TV and newly renovated ensuite. The ensuite features a stunning tiled walk-in shower and double-vanity sinks. Bedroom 2 features a twin/king bunk bed with a twin trundle underneath and a smart TV. The second bathroom is located just outside the bedroom with a shower/tub combo.

When you stay at 8005 Treetops you are combining luxury amenities with the perfect location. Guests will also have access to 3 community pools and tennis courts. The community pools are open April through October. Plus, if you are looking to bring your dog, there are numerous walking paths nearby! Book your stay at 8005 Treetops today!

Great spot for the beach

Property as advertised, large and clean. Very close to the pool. Easy access to the beach. Less than 5 min bike ride

The kitchen area needs some serious attention asap. The pan cupboard is infested with a large amount of bugs. We battled with this daily. The cupboard under the microwave has a really strong odor, not sure of the cause. But concerning.

This condo has mold

Previous reviews mentioned the musty smell. This problem has not been fixed. I purchased plug in air fresheners to cover the smell up during our stay and tried to move past this. The smell is from mildew and mold. See attached photo. We left early because my daughter was getting headaches. I asked for a refund for the remaining days. I was told no by Coastal vacations but that I could have my cleaning deposit back if I signed an agreement to not leave a bad review. The property is a short walk to the beach, the pools were clean and the property managers do respond to calls but this condo has some real issues that need to be addressed. Besides the mold and the smell, there are multiple broken floor tiles with sharp edges and dirty interior kitchen cabinets and drawers that give an overall sense of disrepair to the unit.

Great location/Awful smell

Pros: -Location is great! Close to beach, restaurants, & shopping. We loved having the pool so close to the condo as well. Our toddler son had a blast at the pool! -The condo is beautifully decorated & is as pictured. -Nice amenities inside & appreciated the beach towels & snacks/bottled water provided. May need to update pots/pans soon, but still usable. Cons: -There is an extremely overwhelming odor of mildew/?mold throughout the entire condo. The humidity inside the unit was intense. We traveled with our toddler son & we were actually concerned about his health given the odor. When we returned home, we had to re-wash all of our clean clothes, linens, etc we traveled with because they smelled so bad! This is likely the product of a 1st floor condo & how the structure was built/insulated, so we didn’t report it while we were there, but it definitely impacted our experience significantly. Without the odor, this could easily be a 4-5 star property. Maybe a dehumidifier would help? Would not stay here again (particularly for this price point) unless odor was corrected. -Also need better specific directions to the particular unit once in the neighborhood. It was not easy to find with GPS alone… had to ask a resident where to find this unit when we arrived after-hours.
