5701 Treetops will easily become your favorite Hilton Head vacation villa. The owners of this completely renovated property have designed each room with guest's comfort in mind with coastal decor, deluxe amenities and comfortable furnishings.

The main living area offers plenty of seating, including a Smart TV and an open-concept floor plan with the dining room off to the side. This villa also features a uniquely added den area, which offers guests an additional TV and more space to spread out.

The spacious galley kitchen offers stainless appliances, plenty of counter space and all the utensils you'll need to prepare a meal for your family.

There is also a half bathroom on the 1st level for added convenience.

Up the stairs you'll find both bedrooms. The main bedroom features a king bed, Smart TV, access to a private balcony and a private bathroom with a large, tiled walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features a fantastic pirate theme the kids are sure to love! This room has a full bed and a set of bunk beds. This room also has access to the patio area, and guests can access a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The owners of this property have provided 4 beach chairs and a beach wagon for guests to use.

Vehicle Policy: Treetops allows TWO vehicles.

Occupancy Policy: Per the Ocean Breeze/Treetops HOA, there can be a max of 2 adults per bedroom for a total of 4 adults.

Pet Policy: This property allows ONE (1) dog, with a max weight of 75 lbs. An additional non-refundable fee of $225 is required if you are bringing a dog.

Guests of Ocean Breeze and Treetops, Hilton Head Island have access to complex tennis courts and 3 communal complex pools. You’re also just a short walk or bike ride away from the beach and Coligny plaza, which features shops, dining and entertainment!

Forest Beach is known as Hilton Head's "downtown" offering a wide variety bars, restaurants, gift shops, grocery stores and the buzzy Coligny Plaza. All of this is situated within the natural beauty of Hilton Head Island and directly on one of the finest beaches on the east coast.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
