Southbay by the Gulf # 78 is a well-equipped 3 bedroom/2.5 bath townhome located in the heart of Destin. Set in a gated complex, amenities include: pools, tennis courts, shuffleboard and a 5 acre stocked fresh water lake (catch & release). Shopping and restaurants within walking distance. And with no busy roads to cross, over 300 feet of beautiful private beach is an easy 3 minute walk away! Located in Destin, this condo is on a lake. HarborWalk Village and Destin Commons are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Destin Beaches and Henderson Beach State Park. Big Kahuna's Water and Adventure Park and The Track Family Recreation Center are also worth visiting. This unit also comes with complimentary beach service from March 1 - October 31st.

We are excited to welcome you to Destin!! We have put a lot of care and attention into making sure that you will find our beach condo to be clean, inviting and comfortable. Wonderful town home on the beach- only critique would be providing a little more trash bags/ toilet paper for a large busy family.Bedding was amazing and comfortable. Everything was clean, kitchen fully stocked with appliances and dishes. Beautiful location- 2 minute walk to white sands and dolphins in the ocean. We would absolutely stay again.

The home was beautiful, plenty of room for the eight of us and well maintained. The location access to the beach was great and we enjoyed the pool. Beach gear was a plus since we couldn’t bring our own with us.

I am not one to normally leave reviews, but I wanted to in this instance because this property was a 10 out of 10. Such a nice, clean and roomy townhome. This place literally has everything you need and then some. What I was most impressed with was the beach accessory closet. I can’t think of anything that we needed or desired that wasn’t available. Also, the air conditioner worked really really well which is always a concern for me. I strongly recommend this place and we will very likely be back at South Bay number 78 again.
