The neighborhood is an establish space with great sidewalks to other lakes and outdoor playground. Close proximity to Loop 101, which allows for easy access to Glendale stadiums, Top Golf, or Scottsdale's famous attractions. Plenty of parking between the garage and driveway. Peoria sports complex is only 1 mile away. This is the home of the Seattle Mariners and San Diego Padres for spring training. Arrowhead mall is also only 1/2 mile away as well as a Costco.

The entire home and property are available for your use.

There is free parking in the driveway and garage up to 4 vehicles. Street parking is unavailable overnight.
