The space
This is a smart-home, with electronic 24/7 keyless entry and an integrated smart A/C control ensure comfort and convenience are always a part of your stay, carbon monoxide sensors and a Ring video doorbell ensure your safety and security throughout your stay.

Spacious & cozy single family home however home is not childproofed. The house offers the added convenience of free parking. The hassle-free parking driveway parking for 2 cars max ensures that you can easily come and go as you explore the vibrant city of Miami. Please no parking on the grass, will damage sprinkler system, guest will be charged a $500 fine.

This house is fully furnished and has been remodeled, comfortable bedrooms, high speed internet, two Smart TVs. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, microwave, pot/pans, air fryer/convection oven, cooking basics, coffee maker, coffee/tea, etc, basic necessities needed to get you started.

ROOM DISTRIBUTION:
Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed (for 2 people) with private bathroom
Bedroom 2: 2 full-size beds (for 2 people each)
Living Room sofa is a pull out turning into a full size bed.
Room 3: Office space ideal for remote workers with desk, two 22" inch brand new monitors and docking station.

We provide the following:

*Extra face towels, bath towels, bed sheets, blankets and pillows.
*Body wash, shampoo & conditioner
