**Parking**
*Additional parking is on the side of the streets. They are scattered throughout the community. All parking spaces, with the exception of single-family homes, are first come first serve. Any overflow cars will need to find a parking spot in the community. Overnight parking is allowed but not at the clubhouse.

* Like all vacation homes, our homes are classed as self-catering accommodation. We do provide starter supplies of soap, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper, guests are expected to purchase their own during their stay.

*YOU MUST BE 21 YEARS OLD OR OLDER TO BOOK THIS HOUSE**

*VRBO: According to our company’s policy for identity verification purposes, you must sign the rental agreement, fill out the guest registration form, and provide a copy of your photo ID and a copy of your credit card (front part - showing only the last four digits), and a picture of yourself holding your photo ID - failure to provide the required documentation as instructed will make your reservation ineligible, and no refunds will be given. - There is a mandatory refundable security deposit of $500.00*
