We were left outside till over 1am because the host did not send us access information although everything was fully paid. We had two little children...this would definitely be an unforgettable memory.. i cant believe that this host has the audacity to ask for a 5 star review after putting us thru this.. besides having bad management that does not respond for hours their house is not any better.. we had to re wash all the dishes.. everything they provide probably doesn't meet bare minimum.. the only clean thing in the whole house was the bed sheets in my opinion . This was a very unpleasant stay from the beginning to the end... this host gets a -5 star review from us.

We just stayed at this house the second week in December. It has COCKROACHES. I am currently fighting with At Home Vacation rentals to get my money back. We informed them of this problem the next day as we checked in late at night the day prior. I have photos and videos. Cupboards and drawers in kitchen are full of roach feces. I was told pest control was reinforced which contained a sticky trap placed on the floor. Not even in the cupboard where they were located. All over the dishes. I also had to inform them they did not have fire extinguishers. I also informed them the pool Light did not work to which I was told it was fixed and it was not and I have proof of that too. The last night I was there, a pool tech came by and had to hard wire the light to stay on and replace the switch the next day. I have NEVER stayed in a place infested with cockroaches In all my years of visiting Florida and then to be treated this way by the company not willing to compensate anything. We dealt with roaches since the first day there!! Who wants to spend their vacation dealing with roaches!!! And then you have to worry if you will bring any back home. This place could use a deep clean as well, just check the vents on the ceiling and the fans. I sure hope they get their roach problem figured out. Disgusting. Hard to deny it when I have pictures and videos. Even roaches on the trap after I placed it in the cupboard where they were located and not on the floor where you left the trap.

This was just ok. My biggest annoyance is that it is a 3rd party (At Home Vacation Rentals) on the VRBO platform. I kept receiving additional instructions, emails, and notifications from the other property manager instead of VRBO and had to pay seperatly through them and not VRBO. This property sleeps at least 8 people. We had 4 adults, 3 children, and one infant. There is a private pool that I requested be heated, but that was not done. They only provided 4 pool towels. The house needs to be cleaned better, particularly the rug in the living room. Walls are so dirty and gross - they really need repainting, and the beds were SO UNCOMFORTABLE. Even the kids complained about how hard the beds were. The only plus side to this property is the location and the club house pool which was fantastic but they charge for EVERYTHING - even towels.

Further away from Universal than anticipated- my fault for not mapping it. There are 4 beds and 3 baths. We really could have used another half bath with our party of 6.The condition of the house is average. Lots of marks on the walls, very worn or cheap furniture and beds. The pool is tiny. Kids never swam in it. The positives- it was pretty clean, plenty of parking, lots of stores and restaurants close by. Kitchen was very large. There’s no salt and pepper or any other helpful things when you’re cooking on vacation- so plan for that.There is small bar soap and a shampoo/conditioner combo given in a small sample size.All in all, we will stay closer to the parks next time but enjoyed our stay fine.

Nice

This was a nice, spacious rental. It served our purpose and budget. It is a bit worn and could use some updating. I did have to contact the property manager separately to get our QR code for the entrance gate which we didn't get til the next day but the gate was always manned so it was just a minor inconvenience

Great location nice facilities

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was great had no issues. Lil wear and tear, that you would expect from a rental property like this. Kitchen could use a bit more plates dishes etc, and a few more towels. But other than that minorest of complaints worked out great for us.

Séjour parfait La maison était comme sur les photos Bien située , tout près de Walt Disney et d’Universal Studio Plusieurs commerces dont Wal Mart à 5 minutes d’auto Nous n’avons pas été à la piscine, rivière lente avec tube, car pour nous, il y avait trop de gens . La petite piscine annexée à la maison était parfaite et intime Nous gardons les coordonnées de cette propriété car nous aimerions bien retourner à Orlando dans quelques années et y reloger à nouveau !

Good condo in safe neighborhood

This condo is a nice size for a larger group. It definitely could use some updates but overall, we were happy with our stay there.

Made the best of it

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home appeared beautiful. Bedding could be updated. No luxurious comforters or pillow shams. Master bedroom smelt moldy. By Wednesday it rained and the master bedroom closet had water pouring through the ceiling. When we arrived the pool was not working. Took them to Thursday to say it n needed repairs and would contact the owner. Since the roof issues and it was costing the owner $3000 to repair they could not fix the pool. Took over a month to get my pool money reimbursed. The inside of the home was clean but the kitchen lacked serving dishes. We served our Christmas dinner out of pots like the Clampets. The pool and area outside was dirty. The back gate had a hole in the screen where someone had broke in. The outside electrical plugs did not work he had to let maintenance use plugs inside the home

Dirty bed sheets master bedroom we checked other rooms all dirty hair from previous tenants on bed sheets, blocked bathtub. Fat floating on the pool and screen around very dirty. Spider webs all over spiders all over walls very dirty and furniture very worn no wine glasses,and to top it all off the ceiling in a wardrobe in the master bedroom leaks a lot when it rains.

Good enough

This was our second time here and we would probably still return again. The property is in need of upgrades. Just about all of the furniture is deteriorating. The master bedroom upstairs has mold growing in the closet. The shower off the upstairs master bedroom doesn’t drain right and the shower can’t run without water also coming out of the lower faucet. They don’t give you the basics. You get a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, a roll of paper towels, 2 trash bags, and 2 dishwasher pods. We didn’t complain about anything, nothing was that big of a deal. We enjoyed our stay and the location is great. Pool was nice and perfect for little kids. The layout is perfect for our family traveling with grandparents.

A great stay

The location was clean, crisp, and quiet. There was a resort attached to the listing and it made our stay worth it. Any questions were answered promptly and kindly by Giselle. We love her and the people at the clubhouse resort! Let's not forget there are cart drivers that take you to the clubhouse too! Although the pool is smaller than we're used to, the kids didn't care. There are memories here and we look forward to going again!

Completely Run Down. NOT luxurious in any way.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Let’s just say this property needs major renovations. The walls are filthy and need repainting throughout the entire house. New carpet is needed throughout. It is literally matted down and discolored. The couch is falling apart- the whole top layer of the leather is coming off. It’s disgusting. All of our linens had black marks on them. Looked like mascara smears. I emailed the property to request new pillowcases. Many hours later(about 9pm) a man randomly showed up at our door with new pillowcases. It would’ve been nice for them to actually respond to my email and let me know that they were going to follow through with my request rather than ignore my email. Had they done that, I would not have taken the time to strip *every bed* and clean the linens myself on the first day of our vacation. The dining room table is made of pressboard and deteriorating from water. When did pressboard furniture become luxurious? All the furniture is cheap pressboard. Night stands are falling apart and the pressboard on top is all bubbled and peeling. There is a huge screen missing over the pool lanai area, so tons of bugs. The pool screen is also ripped in many other places. The pool deck area was filthy with dirt, mulch, and bugs. We had to hose down the entire pool deck ourselves. The outdoor table has come apart from the base - basically falling apart. The umbrella you see in the photo is rusting in the corner of the lanai area and broken. No dish towels. No wash cloths. No baking pans or baking sheets so no way to bake anything in the oven like french fries or pizza. Only three kitchen stools left and they are cheap, squeaky junk. This property is completely run down and in major need of renovation. It has not been maintained at all. Very disappointed and do not recommend. It’s hard to beleive the property mgmt company allows rentals to be this rundown, let alone call them “luxurious”. I have tons of pictures to show the disrepair but no

Could be something great

Got to the place late and was never told about a parking pass or given the welcome folder. Place was clean and nice. Couldn’t figure out how to get to the clubhouse or that they offer you a ride there with golf carts until we checked out. They have dishes for you to use but nothing to clean them with no scrubber no dish soap nothing. We had 7 total stay there and they had only 3 total rolls of toilet paper and 2 small trash bags. You basically have to buy everything from dish soap scrubbers toilet paper paper towels trash bags dishwasher detergent laundry detergent. No board games or card games. TV in living room doesn’t work and the chairs need some serious WD40. They charge to use the grill 75$ so the hot dogs and hamburgers I bought I had to use the stainless steel pans. They also charge to turn the heat up in the pool. Luckily we did not use it or that would have been an extra cost. Overall we had a good time with family but the experience and the place could have been so much better with some minor tweaks.
