Modern, light 2 bedroom (or bedroom and study) 1st floor apartment with everything you need to live very comfortably!
You will love this location! Enjoy a 1-2 block walk to Olde Town Arvada - upscale restaurants, shopping, coffee shops, breweries, and local events on the walking street.
The LiteRail station is 3 blocks away. Take the train downtown Denver (15 mins), the airport and suburbs. Two private parking spaces.
The 2nd bedroom/office has double doors off the living room. Currently pictured with a pull out double sofa bed but can also have a queen bed for your stay.
The apartment has everything that you need: dishware, pots and pans, linens, towels, cleaning supplies and bathroom essentials!

- 2 stairs to the porch in and out of the unit.
- Full kitchen with everything you need to cook and bake
- 3/4 bath - Large shower (no tub)
