Modern, light 2 bedroom (or bedroom and study) 1st floor apartment with everything you need to live very comfortably!
You will love this location! Enjoy a 1-2 block walk to Olde Town Arvada - upscale restaurants, shopping, coffee shops, breweries, and local events on the walking street.
The LiteRail station is 3 blocks away. Take the train downtown Denver (15 mins), the airport and suburbs. Two private parking spaces.
The 2nd bedroom/office has double doors off the living room. Currently pictured with a pull out double sofa bed but can also have a queen bed for your stay.
The apartment has everything that you need: dishware, pots and pans, linens, towels, cleaning supplies and bathroom essentials!

- 2 stairs to the porch in and out of the unit.
- Full kitchen with everything you need to cook and bake
- 3/4 bath - Large shower (no tub)
- Queen size bed in bedroom
- Options for a study with pull out sofa or 2nd bedroom as above

The entire 1st floor of the triplex! Access through the private front door (yellow door in pictures), with keypad lock.
The front porch is also exclusively for your use. There is a shared, fenced back yard.

There is free on street parking all around the house. The street directly in front requires a permit during the day but all other street are free open parking 24 hours.
