This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. It boasts 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The home has a large kitchen and open concept floor plan upstairs. Your group will have the ability to socialize while cooking and watching tv in the upstairs living room or watching tv while playing air hockey, ping pong, or hook 21 downstairs. There is also a 6-person hot tub for relaxing after a day of exploring. The home also has an attached garage where guests can park in addition to the driveway.

Great house that is well stocked. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our dogs who especially loved the green grass. The air hockey table downstairs was a real bonus.

Very nice place and terrific hosts! Awesome hot tub, only downfall would be no dressers in the upstairs bedrooms, and no kitchen table but it does have a very nice island with 4 stools! Overall it was comfortable clean and nice!!

Clean spacious comfortable stay

House was perfect for our weekend in Spokane. House is well stocked and clean! Comfortable beds. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Would love to stay there again!

Great place to stay!

We selected this place because it was close to where a family member lived. But it ended up being great! The kitchen was fully stocked with what we needed. The beds were comfortable. Nice back yard, hot tub was an added bonus. But most of all it was clean!

Perfect for family wedding

We enjoyed staying at this spacious home. We had 7 adults and felt very comfortable. Great backyard, hot tub was a welcome part of home on chilly fall night. Will stay again!

Toohey 2025 Wedding

Overall great location for large group with multiple events same weekend. The host was extremely responsive and great to work with. It's not super fancy, but really worked well for our group who served food to a lot of folks at the venue each day and needed room to make floral arrangements for wedding and needed a launch pad for logistics.

Convenient and clean

In town for a special birthday and all my family stayed in the house. Very clean and had everything we needed. Hot tub was a hit and a great back yard for my little fur baby. This home is very close to everything you need. I would stay there again!

Comfortable, beautiful, clean, and convenient location

We enjoyed a wonderful stay in this home with family for the wedding weekend of our niece at Valley Bible Church just down the road. The kitchen had everything we needed and more, delightful hot tub, amazing large master shower with double heads, comfortable beds and a large basement with another TV, sectional couch, bedroom, laundry room and full bathroom. We would definitely stay again :-).

High quality vacation experience

What a great overall experience.! It started with excellent communication from our hosts. They were always available to me for questions and updates. It gave me peace of mind since we were coordinating family members coming from different locations. The home is easy to find. The neighborhood is quiet with a safe friendly feeling. We were able to choose from several places to eat nearby. The home and yard are very well cared for. The grass is green and lush. The backyard is private with a patio and dining table. Perfect for morning coffee or evening beverages. The home was decorated in a clean modern style. The rooms were comfortable and we were impressed that television was provided for each. We used the kitchen and found it very well stocked with dishes, cookware, spices, reusable containers, tea and coffee. The appliances all seem to be quite new and very high end. Definitely recommend this home and host for a vacation choice. We will choose them again if we need to stay in the area. !!

Great neighborhood

This house was very well maintained. Well-stocked kitchen, beautiful backyard and hot tub (which, sadly, we didn't have time to use). Easy drive to and from downtown Spokane. We thought there were bunkbeds downstairs when we booked, and found it was air mattresses instead. That was fine, but we had to then buy blankets and such. Large downstairs area, which was nice, and 3 bedrooms upstairs. Would have been nice to have more seating in living area. It's small compared to the number of beds/rooms, but we made it work. House was very, very cold, and temperature controls are maintained by owner, so we had to contact Linda each time we needed the temperature changed. Downstairs and upstairs temps are not the same at all. Overall, very good stay.
