New vacation rental Laguna Keyes 601 is a recently updated, splendid 2 bedroom oceanfront property with stunning ocean views. This totally remodeled, pristine condo is located on the 6th floor with the sparkling lazy river right outside the front door. This North Myrtle Beach rental has gorgeous views throughout this spacious condo. The master bedroom is adorned with a king bed, Roku TV, and balcony access with ocean views. The master bath, with an updated walk-in shower, completes the master suite. 2 XL twin beds and a ROKU TV are in the 2nd bedroom. The 2nd bath is also updated with a walk-in shower. The living area is suited with a 65" TV, a queen sleeper sofa (with an upgraded memory foam mattress), and a sliding glass door that opens onto the balcony with ocean views. The dining area has a table for six. The furnished kitchen provides all of the appliances, cookware, dishes, utensils (and a Keurig coffee maker) for preparing a favorite 'stay-in' meal. This rental also has a washer/dryer, free WiFi, and comfortable balcony furniture for relaxing while taking in the amazing views. There is a trash chute also on the 6th floor.

Laguna Keyes is a high rise located in the popular Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach. Laguna Keyes is appointed with exceptional building amenities! On the ground floor is an oceanfront pool (which is securely gated), sundeck, indoor pool (heated seasonally), kiddie pool, outside shower, and direct access to the beach from the walkway at Laguna Keyes. There is an indoor seating area with direct access to the oceanfront patio area, for lounging, playing games, or just relaxing. There is also a lounging area on the streetside by the elevators. On the 6th floor, right outside of this rental, is the outdoor lazy river, and 2 hot tubs. A state of the art fitness center is located on the 2nd floor where you can work out while gazing at the ocean.

2 parking passes are allowed. Parking at Laguna Keyes is on-site in the 5 level parking garage There is a height clearance of 6'8" so overhead vehicle storage units are not permitted within Laguna Keyes. Motorcycles, trailers, and golf carts are not allowed on the property. Laguna Keyes is a strictly non-smoking property. Pets are not allowed.

Just a short drive away are favorites of tourists and locals alike. Barefoot Landing is a shopping and dining setting where you can shop at some unique stores and have a delicious meal at one of the many restaurants there. Barefoot Landing is also the home of the Alabama Theater, House of Blues, Alligator Adventure, and the Duplin Winery. Broadway at the Beach is also a favorite along the Grand Strand. Take a stroll along the walkways of shops and restaurants, feed the ducks and carp swimming in the lake, play a round of miniature golf, or catch a movie. Pirates Voyage is a great venue to have a meal and be entertained by pirates. Carolina Opry is another venue for a terrific show put on by some of the most talented entertainers! Main Street is the perfect area to visit some unique shops and eateries. Greg Rowles Legacy Theatre, also on Main Street, is a great place for family fun and entertainment!
