Lakefront home on the main channel w/ beautiful view and a boat ramp next door!

This is a newly renovated 4-bedroom, 2 bath home located on the main channel @ Watts Bar. Easily sleeps 7 people. A new dock has been built, and is set up for most fishing, runabout and wakeboard boats! Also, there is a community boat ramp beside the property that can be used for fishing boats, pontoons, and jet skies. A charcoal grill for outdoor cooking while you enjoy the views. The front porch is great to watch the sun set over the mountains across the lake! The four bedrooms include 3 full size beds and one smaller room with a twin bed. One bathroom has been completely remodeled with walk-in shower. The sunsets are worth the price of admission alone! Between the boat ramp and over 100 feet of shoreline it is perfect for the weekend fishing trip or a week of sun and fun on the lake!

We enjoyed every moment we were there. We were very successful in fishing and had a blast swimming too. The house was very cozy and nice/clean. I would definitely go back again and would recommend other people to stay there.

We enjoyed our time at the lake! The house was clean, well stocked and steps from the water. The owners were quick to respond to questions. We had so much fun swimming and fishing off the new dock. It was so nice to have the boat ramp next door (we were the only people all weekend to use it). We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful lake view

We should have brought our swim suits! The lake is beautiful and great pier to enjoy! We were out and about most of our visit but this was a comfortable stay with a fun deck and gorgeous view to enjoy in the evenings and mornings. Unexpected fireworks show on Saturday night! We will certainly reserve this property again in the future!

Great vacation with family

We really enjoyed our stay! House was nice and we liked having a dining room table for meals. We loved the dock!! While some took the boat out skiing, others could relax or swim at the dock. The host was so nice and made sure our stay was enjoyable.

Great Stay at the Lake!

This property has spectacular views, a boat ramp/dock/lift, and is perfect for a lake getaway! The house is a great size with 4 bedrooms and two baths, laundry, and good living space, but the outside areas are where we spent most of our time! The hosts were great with communication and we had a very simple check in/out. Would definitely visit again.

Beautiful location!

We loved our stay at this lakefront home. We enjoyed sitting and laying out on the dock, as well as swimming in the lake. The home was clean and I was very impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was with pots and pans and just everything. We would absolutely stay again and Chris was amazing to work with. Highly recommend!!

Weekend on the Lake

We really enjoyed this newly remodeled four bedroom house. The view of the lake is awesome. We spent hours outside watching birds and boats and listening to the sound of the waves. The house was plenty big enough for seven. Just what we needed!

Best sunset view on Watts Bar

Well, this house and a handful of others in the same location have the best sunsets. We rent a house every summer on Watts Bar and this one was closest to the water by far... literally 40 feet off the back patio. The boat house is brand new and has a functioning lift as well. We’re really enjoyed the number of bedrooms. A queen size bed would have been nice, but the bed sizes were clearly communicated in the description so we knew about that before arrival. No biggie…wife and I just slept in separate rooms. Overall a great stay. Host was very quick in returning answers to any questions wet had.

Would stay again

This house has the best sunset view EVER! Very cute little home, close to the water, host replied promptly when needed. It’s still a work in progress but they clearly had to redo everything here. Love the new boat ramp but it was very misleading on docking your boat. You have to tie your boat to the side of the dock… can’t use the slip.The pictures of the boat ramp are very misleading. We had an extremely hard almost dangerous time trying to get our boat in this tiny boat ramp with no room for maneuvering at all. The outside needs a lot! No where clean or comfortable to sit, no fire pit, no extras at all, no lighting for at night, no ladder at the dock to climb back up to the Dock if you jump in to swim. The front steps need work but I’m sure the owner is working on it. We nailed down some boards that were dangerously sticking up so we didn’t fall but the owner may not have known. If you have a little one don’t let them on the front deck without you. Major safety hazard bc the railing around is not up to code. One wrong move & someone could fall through the side railing or over it sooo easy…. Even an adult.The inside was perfect except no washer & dryer, & no way to block the sun that makes the entire house very hot when the sun is out bc of the big open windows. My kids were. Creeped out that the owners lived next door lol. ( literally a few feet away.)

My favorite vacations growing up were spent at the lake with my family! This house is not investment property, but the home we use to build the similar memories with my children, nieces, and nephews! So this house is a memory maker! I hope you make lifelong memories while you stay here too.

What makes this property special is its location! The property is a short boat ride from Sand Island, a popular on lake hangout. It is also a short boat ride from many of the best on water restaurants! There is also ample parking! Best of all is the community boat ramp right next door!
