Luxury newly remodeled home with perfect location and private fence in backyard above ground pool feels like home away from home. beautiful wood floors very spacious clean. stock with all the supplies you need in a home. central heat and a/c. lovely neighborhood. 5 minutes away from beach, pond, spa and grocery stores. 10 minutes away from downtown and shopping plazas. Property is dog friendly but there is a fee of $200 for each dog, $100 will be returned if dog poop is picked up from yard and if dogs were not on furniture. Late check out can be accommodated if available with fee. Adult supervision is required at alll times while children are in backyard Absolutely no hanging on walls or diving in pool. Smoking is allowed in Backyard only, Not in the front yard, And Never inside house. Cleaning fee of $250 will be charged for smoking inside or not using an Ashtray Outside.

The fenced backyard and pool were the highlights for our family with two kids and a dog. The location is great and it was perfect for our long weekend. The last night of our stay was hot and we had trouble sleeping without fans in the rooms, but everything was great otherwise.

Great Neighborhood

The home was beautifully nestled in a quiet area but close to everything. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hosts were awesome and responded to our question quickly allowing us to enjoy more of our time there! Thoroughly enjoyed!!!

Great stay in quiet neighborhood

Location was perfect for us since we were visiting family within a five minute drive. The house is on a quiet street where the most noise comes from the wild turkeys! The house was clean and the kitchen well stocked. I’ve never seen a VRBO kitchen with so many basics - flour, brown sugar, regular sugar, tea, salt, pepper, etc. The living room fireplace was perfect for heating since we stayed in December. The overall heat for the house was good too and kept us warm (most of the family is not use to cold weather!) We had an issue with the wifi password and the owners were quick to respond via the app and get it resolved. We appreciated the internet connected TV where we could login to Disney and watch our shows. The only real issue we had is that there are no towel bars in the bathroom, so hanging up towels for future use was challenging. My kid would take his towel back to the bedroom and then forget to bring it with him, so he had to grab a fresh towel causing unnecessary use of more towels. The bathroom looks newly renovated, so perhaps the towel bars will be installed soon. Will definitely consider staying here again when visiting family.

Great vacation

It is a great location. Close to shops and close to downtown Plymouth and Plymouth Rock. We had a great time and the house helped to make this a great stay. I highly recommend it.

Great stay

We found the accommodations very comforting and welcoming and there was a really nice family room for us all to hang out together in. We did a fun puzzle and hung out outside my kids loves the pool. Everything was super clean and there were all of the accommodations of home

Described accurately. Was given wrong code to enter initially through VRBO but a quick phone call corrected that. Host was very accommodating.

Spacious, clean, good locstion

We enjoyed our stay! We have family in the anrea annd this was a great spot to stay while visiting. The dog loved the yard, and we loved taking a dip in the pool at the end of the hot days we were there. Inside, the a/c was a lifesaver and there was plenty of space for the 4 of us.

Renters Beware of Owner

My sister and I had to call the police on this host because we felt so unsafe after an encounter with him. The house is advertised as sleeping 8 people, and it does have four bedrooms. When booking the property, I booked for two guests, since at the time I knew for certain there would be two of us. My fiance joined us there for the first night of our stay, so we had three guests at the house (again, in the house that is listed as sleeping 8 people). The day after we checked in, we got a call from VRBO saying that the host had filed a complaint against us because we had a third guest staying at the house and a second dog. We didn't realize that an additional dog would cost more money and only one was included in the cost, but we verbally told VRBO on the recorded phone line that we would pay the extra dog fee. They then sent over the request for payment with a deadline of July 1, the following day. An hour or so after we were sent the request for payment, we got an email saying that our stay had been canceled. This email came in at 5:40, and by 5:44 we were on the phone with 911 because the host had used the code to enter the front area of the house. He screamed at us that we had broken house rules by having the third guest and that we were now trespassing. He refused to let us close the door as we packed and used his arm to block us from closing the door. He is refusing to offer a refund for two of the nights we had booked for because he would lose money.
