Happy Farm with Views & Hot Tub!

Enjoy the sunrise over a horse pasture, the sounds of nature, and the brightest stars in Virginia. Our Non-Functioning Family Farm is on the side of a mountain with fresh spring water.

On the grounds you have a Hot Tub, Barn, Private Gym, Playground, Fire-pit, Hammock, Acres to Roam, Multiple Decks, etc.

A quick ~10 minute walk to the Falling Rock Bridge on the Tye River for fishing, kayaking, tubing, or looking for Otters! Nelson lake has a boat ramp and public fishing just 5 miles away.
The space
The Master Bedroom on the top floor has high ceilings, wood beams, a separate 2nd story deck, TV, and private closet. The connecting kids room has a twin bed, TV, toys, and games and overlooks the living room below.

The Living room has a 65" Smart TV, Wood-burning stove, and comfortable couch with chaise lounge.

The kitchen has a stove, microwave, toaster, oven, refrigerator, extra large sink with garbage disposal and a connecting coffee area with a 3 person sofa looking out the sliding glass doors and back deck. On the Deck there is a propane grill and small bistro table with 2 chairs overlooking the horse pasture.

The Full Bathroom has a Bathtub + shower, Toilet with warm water Bidet, and a washer and dryer. The 2nd Bedroom is on this floor and has a queen bed, nightstands with built in outlets to charge your phone, and a closet.

One shed on the property is a private gym with a treadmill and assortment of weights and other workout materials. The other Shed is an office with multiple screens to connect you laptop to. There is also an XL Dog Crate here and a day bed that can pull out to a full Kingsize bed for relaxing. Both sheds have space heaters and ac units for year round comfort.

The 2-3 stable barn has a run that connects it to the horse pasture just past the space where we park our family RV when it isn't in use, as well as the now-empty Chicken coop.

There are multiple tree swings, including a tire swing, as well as a playground for children to enjoy.

On the Front deck is a Bull-frog Hot tub which is great for soaking up the stars in at night.

You will likely see Deer, Foxes, Bald Eagles, Owls, and all sorts of Virginia Wildlife during your stay.
