To provide a safe and secure stay, all reservations require completion of a short pre-arrival verification before check-in. This secure process includes ID verification, a matching selfie, a refundable security deposit pre-authorization, and acceptance of our Rental Terms & Conditions.

Your information is processed securely through our trusted verification partner and is used solely for reservation verification and security purposes.

This suite is located in the heart of downtown, everything you could possibly need is in easy walking distance. Parking garage clearance is posted as 6’7” and visitor parking is available on a first come, first serve basis.

There are areas of the building that you will have access to that we do not control, manage, clean or take responsibility for. Your access is granted to these areas as part of your stay, but use of any of these spaces is at your own risk and discretion. These areas include but are not limited to: the building lobby, elevators, parkade, stairwells, garbage disposal room, hallways. All posted signs in these spaces must be adhered to, and the building may withdraw your rights to access these spaces at anytime.

Strict Check-In Window:
Key pickup on your first day must be done between 4pm - 10pm. After this time, the keys and fob will be inaccessible as the store that has them will be closed.
*Guests must collect keys at local convenience store (just 2km away) before heading to the suite.*

Please note that only one (1) set of keys/fobs is provided for each reservation. Unfortunately, we do not have spare or additional sets available for guest use. If your group plans to arrive or depart separately during your stay, please make arrangements accordingly to ensure everyone has access to the property. Lost, damaged, or unreturned keys/fobs may result in replacement charges.

Limited Support After Hours:
Please note that after 8:00 PM, our team is only available via messaging. Onsite assistance and building access cannot be guaranteed due to security measures.

Please be aware that due to the property's proximity to downtown, there may be general city noise, including traffic, nightlife, and other urban activities. While we have done our best to ensure a comfortable stay, some noise may be unavoidable.

All guests (staying or visiting) must be included in your booking. Unbooked guests, visitors, or parties are not permitted. This is not a pet-friendly suite.

A pack-and-play and high chair are available upon request.

Please refrain from using the property address for mail, as we cannot access the mailbox. For deliveries, ensure door drop-off or depot pick-up arrangements.

Our cancellation policy is as posted. For added protection, we recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen changes.

For stays of 30 nights or more, we offer a complimentary mid-stay cleaning every 30 days to maintain a comfortable environment.

We cannot be responsible for personal belongings left behind. Please check thoroughly before departure.

This is the perfect place to stay in downtown Edmonton. We came with another couple and it was great to have the 2 bedrooms with king size beds and our own bathroom. Condo was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very accommodating and responsive. This would be my top place to stay in Edmonton!

If you are an Oilers fan there isn't a better spot. Three blocks from the arena with a great view of it from the condo. Place was great, host was awesome.

The unit itself was clean, comfortable, had a nice view, and was in a good location. We had no complaints about the actual space. However, there was one major issue future guests should be aware of.Our group had three adults attending a convention on different schedules, but we were never informed that the unit only came with one building fob and one set of keys. Access to the building required the fob each time someone returned from the street. The host suggested using the front buzzer system for anyone without the fob, but in practice it worked less than half the time and was unavailable after 7 PM, leaving members of our group waiting outside multiple times.Because there was only one key for the actual interior condo unit door — and no keypad entry system — we often had no practical choice but to leave the condo unit itself unlocked during the day so that any of our group who managed to get into the building could still enter the suite. This was obviously not ideal from either a convenience or security standpoint.Had we known in advance that only one fob and key set were provided, we likely would have chosen a different property. For groups traveling together but coming and going on different schedules, this setup is very inconvenient. The access issues created significant frustration and wasted time during our trip and detracted from the enjoyment of our stay. Unless additional fobs and keys are provided, we would not likely rent this unit again.

This condo is located in a secure building, and the building’s access system is controlled by the condominium management. Unfortunately, only one building fob is available for this unit, and we are not able to obtain additional fobs. We did our best to try to facilitate a non standard work around with your group and regret that this caused you extra frustration. We understand that this setup may not be ideal for groups of adults who are coming and going on different schedules, and we appreciate you bringing this concern forward. Based on your feedback, we will ensure our listing and pre-arrival details are more clear so future guests that do not ask about independent access at the time of booking understand the access arrangement before booking or arrival. Weekend trip for swim meet

Overall the property is nice and clean and contains many nice amenities like spices, etc. also the hosts were responsive and very professional. The reason I couldn’t give it 5 stars is the parking. It says the suite has a parking spot BUT it was filled with another car for 2 of our 3 days leaving us to park on the street. Not ideal when it’s listed as part of the rental and especially when there is an Oilers game that night. The host did work with me to reimburse me for parking so that was very nice but it was a disappointment to come back at night and see a car in our spot. Overall, a nice place to stay.

Excellent location at a comfortable property. Items of note are ONLY ONE key and one fob for a 2 bedroom condo(guests are expected coordinate activities?), the parking space is not in a semi-secure area as it is next to visitor parking and, as such, in 2 of our 4 nights our stall was occupied by an unauthorized vehicle (we get that it is not the landlord fault but they could possibly get a stall in a secured area) and the air conditioning is 2 window units that require you to set them up. Positive notes are the beds are reasonably comfortable, nice city views, keurig coffee maker with pods and the unit is well equipped but with a bit of wear. Neither of the bedrooms have a TV.
