This spacious and beautifully decorated home features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a half-bathroon making it the perfect choice for families or groups of friends. The home also boasts a studio with a sofa bed perfect for an afternoon nap or additional guest room.

Inside, the home is tastefully decorated in a traditional colonial style with high ceilings, beautiful tile work and stained glass windows. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a feast, while the comfortable living area is perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.

Outside, you’ll find a peaceful oasis with a pool surrounded by a mature garden area with lounge chairs and an outdoor dining space. And with the beach just 2 blocks away you’ll have all the fun with Mexico’s beautiful coastline. Book your stay and start enjoying everything this amazing property has to offer.

Our Host Tracy was so warm and lovley. The home was beautiful and so comfortable for my family. We loved the architecture and the colored tiles. Tracey our host was outstanding. She reached out and helped us navigate the disruption in PV on February 22. We sheltered in place and felt very safe. Tracey even offered to get us groceries. We declined as by the 23rd we felt comfortable getting groceries ourselves. The house is absolutely perfect and conveniently located. It is outfitted with condiments, a full kitchen, a drinking water dispenser and numerous huge bottles, floating and pool toys, a playpen and high chair, bath essentials and loads of towels. Julia the housekeeper kept the floors spotless. The pool and grounds are beautiful and several iguanas visited during our stay. Washer and dryer came in handy. It was a perfect getaway for our family and look forward to returning.

This home is so beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The heated pool, the beautiful bedrooms, plenty of spaces to sit and relax, inside and out. The location is within walking distance to restaurants and a grocery store…although we rented a golf cart to make our stay even more enjoyable. I rated this stay as a good; however it would have been an excellent if it weren’t for a few issues. For the most part, there are only plastic dishes and we would have appreciated wine glasses. The fridge died and although it was replaced promptly, we were concerned our frozen items came close to being compromised. There were a couple of miscommunications with the house manager Tracey, and we feel with more experience, that won’t be an issue in the future. Tracey is lovely and knows the area so well and is a great source of information. The house staff were all hard working, kind and respectful. We would definitely book this home again!

Our place has a mix of practical and beautiful tableware- alongside the plastic/ bamboo dishes, we also have a set of artisan ceramic dinnerware as shown in the photos of Casa de Los Sueños on VRBO. We have three sets of glass water glasses available for the guests, we do offer wine glasses as well, however they are plastic. We would like to thank you for your suggestion of wine glasses in lieu of plastic, we’ve updated the rental and now provide them as an option. Regarding the refrigerator issue, we apologize again for the inconvenience. We opted to replace it ASAP rather than waiting for repairs, and thank you for your patience. We’re glad you enjoyed your stay and look forward to welcoming you back!

This was likely the nicest rental property we’ve ever stayed in and we’ve stayed in many all over the world! It is beautifully decorated with Mexican art, tile and woodwork. The pool, patios and garden provided an oasis of relaxation that we needed. Location was within walking distance to the beach, shops, grocery store and wonderful restaurants. The AC and fans worked very efficiently too! Tracey, the property manager was very responsive to any question we had and helpful in accommodating our varied arrival and departure schedules. And Bucieras is very calm and relaxing compared to the big city that is Puerto Vallarta! We will most definitely return!

Amazing home

We had a wonderful relaxing time! The home was beautiful and very well maintained. It was 3 blocks to the beach amd a 20 minute walk to town, depending how fast or slow or walk. Quiet and peaceful. We would highly recommend this beautiful home and lookforward to returning.

Beyond my high expectations.

The property is lovely! The house is stunning - built and decorated beautifully. The garden is full of flowers, foliage, and a resident Iguana or two, and a private pool. What's not to love. Tracey and Steve are great hosts and made us feel so welcomed.

Beautiful house close to the beach

We stayed with two families over Christmas. The house was absolutely perfect for us. The bedrooms were big and everyone had their own bathroom. The pool was warm and the kids spent endless hours swimming. Just a short walk to everything you could need. The team that helps take care of the house was so kind and did an amazing job. They went above and beyond at every turn! We can’t wait to come back!

Paradise in Bucerias

Shelley's house is a gorgeous Mexican villa, with 3 huge bedrooms and a den with a pull-out couch. The garden is beautiful, the heated pool totally made our holiday. Staff including Tracey who managed any issues, house keeper Julia and gardening staff were lovely. Special shout-out to Tracey, who bent over backwards to make everything as perfect as they could be. We had ten days there. Bucerias is fab, so many lovely restaurants, supereb beach. Half hour cab ride to the superb Malecon in PV.

Very nice home

The home and amenities were excellent and I would stay again. The property manager exceeds expectations and is always available. The only negative is the laundry arrangement and having the housekeeper do our laundry. My clothing was not fresh smelling at all and I'm not convinced that she used detergent. The home itself is fully renovated and an absolute showplace.

2 Week Stay

Our stay was from Nov 20th to Dec 4th. this house is located in the Golden Zone of Bucerias with many restaurants, coffee shops and pubs/bars within walking distance, which is one of the reasons we choose this home. Our first week was with family, our son, his wife and our 3 granddaughters, ages 10 yrs, 9 yrs and 5 months. The house had more than enough room for all of us, though the girls spent most of their time in the pool. Super convenient with the baby, everyone could still be outside and enjoying the weather while the baby napped just inside the house. Shelley and Tracey had some baby toys and a high chair brought in for us, loved that. The beach was 3 blocks away, and the house provided us everything we needed to enjoy some beach time, with chairs, towels, umbrellas...ets. The pool was heated, nice touch for skinny little girls and an old girl like me. One of the supermarkets is a short walk from the house, or you could have order online and had your groceries delivered. On our 2nd week, our family left and some friends arrived. They have come with us to Mexico many times, and kept saying how this was the best accommodations we have ever had. I would stay here again and again. Loved this house with all its Mexican charm and hacienda feel. Many thanks to Shelley and Tracey for everything!!

Beautiful house with everything needed to accommodate a family. Excellent pool area. We only stayed for 3 nights, but will stay longer next time. Property manager was communicative and such a nice woman!
