Desert Blue 2 bedroom 2 bath condo - near strip

Desert Blue Resort is located about 1 mile the Las Vegas strip and next to the Rio Resort Hotel & Casino. This is the perfect vacation condo for a weekend trip or extended stay. If you play golf, you can choose between four golf courses located within 5 miles of the resort. If you like active vacations, this modern, high-energy resort has a big choice of recreational amenities to make your Las Vegas stay a guaranteed winner.

The condo available for rent is a 2 bedroom - 2 bath furnished condo. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware, and dishes. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bath that includes a Jacuzzi jetted tub. The second bedroom has two double size beds with each of the bedrooms having flat screen TV's.

The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. The name on the reservation with be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. The remaining guests will be added at check in with the resort front desk. ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $129 CHANGE FEE.

The person responsible for checking into the condo with the resort front desk is required to be 21 or over with valid ID. The resort front desk requires a refundable $250.00 credit card hold at check in.

The resort is a Club Wyndham Vacation Resort. The resort front desk assigns all resort condos. The listing photos are of one of the resort condos. The condos may vary slightly.

The hosts were absolutely wonderful with communication about our check-in process. The suite was clean, appointed, and the perfect accommodations for our family. We were able to walk to a wonderful eatery for breakfast, but the resort provides a convenient shuttle to the strip. They will even take you to a local grocery store in case you need some other food items. We took advantage of the well-appointed kitchen for most of our breakfasts. The amenities were amazing. We would highly recommend, and we even hope to rent this suite again in the future.

Communications were excellent with helpful information prior to arrival. Condo location is great and I was surprised there was an hourly shuttle that took you to Treasure Island where you could walk to casinos up and down Strip. Valet staff were so attentive and accommodating. Check-in was quick and seamless. Had to also go to get wristbands where the offers of free tickets are made to attend a 90 minute sales pitch. This interaction was pushy however I firmly and politely kept declining. This went on for a few minutes and was the only downside to the check-in process. I’d definitely stay here again especially given the property itself, amenities, high service levels, proximity to Strip and cost compared to the casino hotels.

Loved the view! We were very close to the strip and could see the Allegiant stadium from the windows. The daily activities with freebies was fantastic. I loved the morning free coffee. There is a shop and bar on site, too.

Was the perfect place for our group to stay in Vegas. We were there for an event weekend off strip, but still close enough for an easy trip to all the main Vegas attractions. The property was quiet and clean, just what we needed after long days.

This was a great spot for a family trip. Close enough to the strip but not a smoke filled casino. Kids had fun at the pool and game rooms. We would definitely stay again.

Host was great and contacted us before we checked in and explained everything. The location was really great and close to the strip. You can't check in until 4 pm and it's a timeshare so make sure you tell no to the people who try to sell you.

The property is a terrific place to stay if you want to avoid the constant noise of the casinos. Pool area is very relaxing! Just avoid the timeshare sales pitch! They will charge you 40 if you don't attend.

Great Stay

Wonderful place to stay with family. We always find it difficult to house our family go 6 comfortably but this was it. Amenities were great. They have planned activities like movie days/nights. Pools were great and staff was nice. Would definitely recommend!
