We had a wonderful stay! The property was so clean and comfortable. Plus we loved the location. It was in walking distance to so many restaurants and bars. We would stay again!

Great place to stay with many cool bars in walking distance. We went to a concert at the BMO Pavilion and it was a very easy Uber. Will definitely try and stay again the next time we are in Milwaukee. Excellent communication with the owner.

We will definitely stay again!! So clean, everything is brand new, the location was perfect for us, the bed was so comfortable, the host responded immediately to my messages...this made our weekend perfect!!

The location is absolutely primo. Smack in the heart of the East side just a short walk from the Lake. The restaurant below offers a huge variety of both food and drinks, and as a bonus, lots of action such as trivia, live music and poker. The stff is super friendly and accommodating. Yes the staircase to the studio is tight, but the sudio is well worth the climb.

Great location with not many options for lodging. The unit is brand new and whole foods and many excellent restaurants are within walking distance including the one directly below the unit. Having parking is key in Milwaukee and it’s easy here. Would definitely stay again!

Loved this space! Super home-y and clean. Felt safe in the area. Also probably the best bathroom to get ready in ever (natural lighting, light-up mirror, spa shower). We would definitely stay again!

Our Stay

We loved it. This was our second time staying at the place and it was just as good. The place has everything that you need with good quality items. The bathroom is super clean and very nice to get ready in. We ordered food from downstairs and everyone at the restaurant was super friendly. We would definitely come back for a third time!

Perfect Place for a Solo Trip

I visited Milwaukee to attend part of the film fest, and I couldn’t have picked a better place. Not only was it a great location to walk between the Oriental & Downer theatres, the place itself was impeccably clean. I also appreciated the free parking & easy check-in process. I echo others that there is street noise, so bring a sound machine/earplugs if you’re sensitive to that. I hope to stay here in the future!

Very sleek, clean; you can tell it’s new! Minimalist furniture. Quite a bit of stairs to get up, but easy in and out. AC works great. Spacious bathroom and a lit mirror. The only downsides I noticed is that the sirens at night are loud, but they provided earplugs. It’s also directly above a restaurant/bar, but it was closed during our stay (Tuesday).

My stay

I ran into an issue getting inside with the door code but the manager of the restaurant downstairs was super helpful and let us in. Overall it was super clean and exactly how described. I would definitely stay again in the future!

The studio apartment was wonderful - clean, great bed, great kitchen and bathroom and the laundry was a great add on. It is in a wonderful location and the owner was terrific to work with. As the studio apartment is on a main road the only downfall was the road noise. A great place and you can walk everywhere.

This is a great property. Very newly remodeled. I had an issue getting an access code to work. Alexa answered the phone immediately and helped with the problem. I would stay there again. The bartenders downstairs were kind and helpful. Enjoyed the skillet cookie one night. Down the street was Insomnia cookies so enjoyed them one night. Super clean and fairly quiet for a well located place.
