Location: - In the heart of the historic brewery district - 3 blocks to Fiserv Forum down cobblestone streets - 5 minute drive to Downtown, Third Ward, and Marquette University
Parking: - This listing includes one free parking space in a secured garage one block away (the Brewery Parking Structure). Instructions for accessing the garage will be provided prior to your arrival - Additional parking is available in the same garage and costs $20/day (and increases during events) - Metered street parking is available throughout the neighborhood. Keep in mind Milwaukee requires anyone parking on the street overnight to register for a permit which you can request for free up to 3 nights by calling the city and requesting one - The garage has a vertical clearance of 7`2` which is enough for most consumer vehicles but may not accommodate larger vehicles such as RVs or full-size vans
Other things to note: - Check-in for this listing ends at 9pm CST - Atrium unit: the windows face the interior atrium so there is less natural light than an exterior unit - HVAC systems are controlled by the building`s management company and settings cannot be adjusted by guests, however the building has central heat and A/C and maintains comfortable levels of each throughout the year - The community laundry room requires using the Wash mobile app which has a $10 reload minimum. The cost per load for washers and dryers is roughly $2 each - Trash must be placed in dumpster or trash chute, never left in public areas. Cardboard must be broken down and never placed down trash chute. Minimum charge of $25 per bag/item that isn`t properly disposed of
Early check-in: - We can accommodate a 1pm early check-in for a $20 fee - Repeat guests enjoy free early check-in - All requests are subject to availability

Rental agreement required for all stays of 28+ days, all direct bookings, and otherwise at our sole discretion. 8.
