Private entry 2 bedroom suite with full kitchenette in 1st bedroom and a private bathroom. Entry goes through 1st bedroom to access all space & has curtain room divider for privacy so walk through is only kitchen area. (Inquire for availability to adjoin entire duplex/home for front patio, full living room, kitchen & yard @$100 per night)

Perfect for Pride!

We booked this property to make Pride a staycation for my friends. It was in a perfect location. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. It's a cute little Florida style house in a great neighborhood. Couldnt recommend it more.

It was a nice stay. I was expecting a kitchen it was just a nook no stove only an apt. size refrig. the quarters were tight cozy, clean and quite as described. the TV in first bedroom/kitchen nook didn't get reception it was good for a short stay price was good thanks

Convenient, clean, comfortable

My wife and I with another couple recently stayed and were extremely pleased with the accommodations. The place has everything you need, is immaculately clean & maintained and worked perfectly for our stay. While we were there we visited different areas of southern FL - Palm Beach, Ft Lauderdale, Miami, Key West, Everglades, etc and this location was a perfect "home base" - easy to get to highways, beaches, close to everything but still in a quiet, safe, well maintained neighborhood. The owner was exceptionally helpful with any questions or requests and promptly responded to any inquires. The restaurant recommendations were great too. I would recommend this property to anyone without hesitation.

Very unique rustic experience.

Felt like home visiting this property over the weekend. We enjoyed playing games and relaxing outside on the patio. Short but a great time we had. Can't wait, we will return again.

Nous avons été très déçu de l'ensemble du.logement. Il n'y avait pas de cuisine ,ni de cuisinière. Un tout petit réfrigérateur qui ne nous permettait pas de mettre grand chose dedans. Nous étions 4 adultes à vivre dans ce logement, impossible de remplir le frigo que pour une journée a la fois. Les matelas étaient vieux et tachés et ils n avaient pas de housse de.matelas. l'evier n'avait pas boichon pour nous permettre de.le.boucher pour laver les 4 assiettes, 4 bols et 4 tasses fournies...Nous avons dû nous acheter une.plaque à cuisson,de.la.vaisselle,une bouilloire.et des linges.a vaisselle pour pouvoir se débrouiller pendant notre séjour de 2 mois. En un mot, beaucoup de déception pour un gros prix.

Worth the money

Although the property is dated, it is priced accordingly below market rates and the location is perfect for anyone who wants to take a short walk to the main road; which has a lot to offer. It is more a comfy sleep and travel rental vs stay, eat & lounge, but vacation is for discovery and I'd rather spend the money I saved renting on the road and why I give this property a top rating: of course subject to comparing current market rates at time of renting.

Our family of four really like this property. It was within walking distance to lots of food choices and within reasonable driving distance to the greater south Florida area. While staying here we wandered from Boca Raton down to Everglades national park and many points in between without a hitch. Perfect getaway in Wilton Manors

We were visiting family in Wilton Manors and nearby in Fort Lauderdale and this was the perfect place for our family. It had a lovely setup and was ideal for our family.; Great back yard and living space. It was so close to everything but felt secluded which was very relaxing. Only wish was that we had made it a longer stay. Plan to be back again in the future. Pro tip: only 2 mins away is Las Colima’s on Andrews walk up window. Great cuban coffees and so quick there’s never a wait.

God awful

The pictures and description are incredibly deceiving. The place reeks of cigarettes. The rooms are cramped. Mitch plays loud music and yells at all hours of the night. There is almost no barrier between his side of the house and the rental side. Mitch wanted to drink and spend time with us. Find another place to stay!

The home was perfect for our family of 7 to stay beautiful location very near to the beach about a 5 to 10 minute drive to the beach. The beds were large and comfortable. The home came with everything. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely rent this home again.

Definitely Clean, Quiet & Classic Florida!

The listing was 100% accurate! We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and popcorn and the house was great. We vacationed with 2 teenagers, and we felt the area was very safe for them to walk around or toss the football in the yard. We traveled to the beach almost every day. The beaches are clean and easily accessible. You need to drive to the beach and we recommend parking at Sebastian Street and crossing the street to the beach. We had no worries with recyclables and garbage because our neighbor placed our toter at the curb for us. Overall, very nice facilities and location.

Wow, blown away, how beautiful.

I arrived for a week long stay with my wife and two grown up kids (24 & 21). From the moment we stepped in until the moment we left, we were so happy in this home. So clean, so comfortable, close to beach, restaurants and shops and handy for the attractions. Truly a place we were all sad to leave. I hope to return in the not so distant future.

Fantastic Home and Location

Great location - walked to all the restaurants and a few clubs. My partner and I spent our 29th anniversary here. Pictures were accurate and the whole home was very clean. A pool would be a great addition - the back yard is very private and a great place to build a pool. We will gladly stay again and we want to buy the house -lol. We have recommended to friends. Thanks for being such a great host and providing us with an excellent anniversary! Looking forward to our next visit soon.
