PLEASE READ
1st: I, the host, will be available throughout your stay. I may visit occasionally for light cleaning, gardening, or maintenance around the house. I speak german, spanish and english.

2nd: Due to Aruba’s natural environment, you might encounter small animals, like lizards, throughout the island. We maintain a clean space but some of the smallest creatures may find their way inside occasionally. Rest assured, they are harmless and shy around people. Mosquitoes are also a normal occurrence in the island, we can’t do anything about that.

3rd: These are our standard rules:

- Do not use the beach or bath towels to clean the house or remove make up, sunblock or tanning lotion.

- Always put the house keys back in the lockbox before leaving the property.

- Keep doors, windows and outside gates closed at all times.

- Please report any damage caused.

- Smoking cigarettes indoors is not permitted.

- You must book the exact number of guests. The maximum number of guests at any given time is 6.

- Supermarket cardboard boxes: do not keep them anywhere near the house, or a $10 disposal charge will be raised after your check-out.

- Toilet paper belongs exclusively in the waste bin.

- Indoor and outdoor furniture must remain in its respective place at all times.
