We had a pleasant stay experience. The property was exactly as described—quiet, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beach house and couldn't have been happier with our experience! The home is beautiful, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. I also loved that there were so many towels provided!The first-floor master suite was fantastic! It's large, comfortable, has a door to the deck, has a nice bathroom, spacious shower, and plenty of closet space. One of our favorite surprises was the oversized walk-in pantry, which made storing food and supplies for our group incredibly easy.The sleeping arrangements were perfect. We loved that there are three king-size bedrooms, and the bunk room was by far the nicest we've ever seen! The layout of the bunk room provided a sense of "privacy" in a space that would normally be wide open. The queen-over-queen bunks with actual stairs instead of ladders were such a thoughtful touch and made the space both functional and comfortable.The outdoor spaces truly make this property special. The deck is amazing, with plenty of room to relax, gather, and enjoy the coastal breeze. The walk to the beach was quick and easy!Most importantly, the hosts were wonderful and made everything seamless from start to finish. The home was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as advertised.Checkout was a breeze, and we were sad to leave. We made many great memories here and would absolutely stay again! If you're looking for a spacious, beautiful beach house with fantastic amenities and attentive hosts, this is the place!!!

This house did not disappoint. Just like the photos!Host was very attentive to our needs with any issue we had.Our grown children loved having the bunk room to themselves (8 Queen beds to choose from). Rooms were comfortable and bathrooms were clean and well stocked. View was amazing from those incredible decks.

Welcome. Place is great for large groups or events. Never feel cramped. We had 25 at my family reunion and all slept very well and had fun all day with the video games, bbq, golf cart, corn hole, swings, kayaks. Never a dull moment and great memory maker!

We had a spectacular time celebrating my daughter’s 16th birthday. The game room was a huge hit, and the bunk room was perfect for her and her girlfriend’s! They thought it was awesome that they had a whole deck to themselves. The master bedroom was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. It’s the perfect place to host get togethers. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Simply put this was a Fantastic vacation stay. I had seen the photos and amenities and that was clear. My remaining concern was the water system in the Surfside rental area. They've had their issues. As it turns out, I'm still not certain how safe the water in that area is (as we brought our own bottle water), but at this home when you turned on the tap or took a shower, you didn't get that foul smell. There was an accident where one water line in the neighborhood broke and that was of concern because without water, there was no shower, no toilet flushing, ect. I contacted the host and they had the city water dept there within minutes on a Saturday. Within an hour they had the pipe replaced and water flowing again. To my relief (because mostly everyone was still frolicking on the beach with no clue of what was going on), the problem was reported and solved. And I'd like to give the host (Alan) a shout out for being proactive in working the situation. Thanks Alan. Everything else was as sweet as the breeze that flowed off the Gulf of America. The house was clean, spacious and updated with all the latest amenities from new fridge and marble countertops to some very nice large outdoor decks. btw, I am thankful that the game room was upstairs away from where I was sleeping. And I'm sure that the kids were too, since I probably would have had them shut it down way earlier than they eventually did. smile. I'm running out of space so I'll just say, FANTASTIC.

Thank u so much. It's reviews like this that keep me wanting to be a host. Love giving guests experiences beyond their expectations. Yes the whole home water filtration is amazing. Technical stuff: we spent the most possible on it with an iron breaker system, tanin remover (yellow and brown color remover smell removal). And we have water softening salts for that extra touch. Nothing but the best. We are water snobs and Surfside water without this amazing system sucks! We have reverse osmosis at the sink for your coffee etc. I'm so happy and grateful for guests that appreciate this since this million dollar house got a LOT of more upgrades after the build to make ur vacay super special!

Amazing Committee Retreat

This property is amazing and ran by even more amazing people. They were accommodating in every way and so responsive to every question we had for our 30 person retreat. The house is fun and clean and in a great location.

Great house for a large group

Alan was the best host. He was always quick to respond to questions and a couple of issues the arose during our stay. I had to call him at midnight and he immediately answered and resolved the situation in less than an hour. The property is beach front and lots of parking for guests staying. Our group loved staying there and had a fun time.

WHEN YOU GET TO THIS LISTING DON'T SCROL ANYMORE! Let start out by saying how this house is amazing!!! As soon as we arrived we stepped into the house and it was nice and cold! The hottub is amazing! The bedrooms are comfortable! This home is so welcoming! Facing the beach you will wake up with the sunset and go to sleep with sunset! The one day it rained the kids were entertained by the wonderful game room! The decks are so comfortable and we really honestly had a wonderful time!

Family Reunion

This place is phenomenal. I book this place for a family reunion and the house accommodated to people of all ages. There is a game room for kids to enjoy and the house was spacious. The owner was very easy to reach and responded quickly to any needs. When the crew came to clean the house and noticed that we forgot one of our cell phones, Alan reached out and offered to mail it. Thanks Alan…we still book again in the future.

Family retreat

The house was gorgeous! Plenty of room for 12 adults ans 3 kids. It was a short walk from the beach. Owner supplied items for the beach like kayaks, boogie board and a couple of beach umbrellas. We lacked for nothing, they thought if wvertything!

Small Wedding

Had a great time at this rental. My fiancé and I got married on the deck with around 50 friends and family. We were able to provide a beautiful backdrop for the wedding on the deck and we utilized the bottom floor for dancing and bar set-up! Great communication with the ownersOnly four stars for cleanliness because the Blackstone grill on the upper deck really needs a scrub down!

Quiet neighborhood. House at end of road right on the Dunes!! Gorgeous views! Close by to fine dining like the Seahorse Bar and Grill just a few blocks away and can walk to it along the beach. We love love how u are on the sand and not across the street with a seawall and traffic in your way like Galveston!
