This house did not disappoint. Just like the photos!Host was very attentive to our needs with any issue we had.Our grown children loved having the bunk room to themselves (8 Queen beds to choose from). Rooms were comfortable and bathrooms were clean and well stocked. View was amazing from those incredible decks.

We had a spectacular time celebrating my daughter’s 16th birthday. The game room was a huge hit, and the bunk room was perfect for her and her girlfriend’s! They thought it was awesome that they had a whole deck to themselves. The master bedroom was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. It’s the perfect place to host get togethers. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

WHEN YOU GET TO THIS LISTING DON'T SCROL ANYMORE! Let start out by saying how this house is amazing!!! As soon as we arrived we stepped into the house and it was nice and cold! The hottub is amazing! The bedrooms are comfortable! This home is so welcoming! Facing the beach you will wake up with the sunset and go to sleep with sunset! The one day it rained the kids were entertained by the wonderful game room! The decks are so comfortable and we really honestly had a wonderful time!

Great house for a large group

Alan was the best host. He was always quick to respond to questions and a couple of issues the arose during our stay. I had to call him at midnight and he immediately answered and resolved the situation in less than an hour. The property is beach front and lots of parking for guests staying. Our group loved staying there and had a fun time.

Family Reunion

This place is phenomenal. I book this place for a family reunion and the house accommodated to people of all ages. There is a game room for kids to enjoy and the house was spacious. The owner was very easy to reach and responded quickly to any needs. When the crew came to clean the house and noticed that we forgot one of our cell phones, Alan reached out and offered to mail it. Thanks Alan…we still book again in the future.

Small Wedding

Had a great time at this rental. My fiancé and I got married on the deck with around 50 friends and family. We were able to provide a beautiful backdrop for the wedding on the deck and we utilized the bottom floor for dancing and bar set-up! Great communication with the ownersOnly four stars for cleanliness because the Blackstone grill on the upper deck really needs a scrub down!

Family retreat

The house was gorgeous! Plenty of room for 12 adults ans 3 kids. It was a short walk from the beach. Owner supplied items for the beach like kayaks, boogie board and a couple of beach umbrellas. We lacked for nothing, they thought if wvertything!

Talk About A Vacation!!!

The view is just something you can’t beat . From being newly renovated and having so many features you honestly don’t even need to bring anything because mostly everything you need this place has . Plenty of beds for a large group . Lots of entertainment for your guest . A Hot Tub you just want to take home with build in speaker ! Spacious enough to relax in different parts of the home and outside . Was a wonderful experience. If I could book again I would . Don’t miss a fun and wonderful experience of relaxation.

Beachfront house

The host was top notch! Very accommodating and even let us arrive a little earlier than check in time. Answered our text promptly and very helpful. Appreciated all his help. The house was really a beautifully built home. The game room, bunk beds, and the porch with the ocean view were amazing. Only wish I knew ahead of time about the water system there. When taking a bath the water was brown and smelled terrible. Host mentioned it was safe to use and only the kitchen had a special filter system. Also, was notified by a neighbor about 2 rattlesnakes that were seen where myself and my grandchildren were walking on the path directly from the house to the beach. He stated he was unsuccessful in shooting them recently. Taking the road to the beach was very close and safe. The beds were very comfortable and rooms very clean. Kitchen was nice. Living room was relaxing.

AMAZING unforgettable experience

Our stay was absolutely amazing! We were excited about the stay from the beginning but the home exceeded our expectations. From the moment we booked, the host was incredibly communicative and responsive. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience, always answering our questions quickly and finding ways to make our stay even more enjoyable. So many beds and spots to sleep making it a great place for larger trips! The bunk room was incredible. Roomy beds and full size stairs made it easy and comfortable to get to the top bunks which is really rare to find. The highlights of the property were definitely the game room and the golf cart, which made getting around so much fun. Being right on the beach provided breathtaking views, and the hot tub on the second floor was the perfect way to relax throughout the trip. I’ve stayed at multiple vacation rentals, and this was by far the best host I’ve ever interacted with—it truly makes a difference. It is clear that the host loves what he does! Our whole group had an unforgettable time, and we’re already thinking about making this a yearly tradition. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic beach getaway!

Highlights: Stunning Views: The deck provides breathtaking Gulf views, and we spent mornings sipping coffee while watching the sunrise and evenings watching people on the beach. The outdoor space is perfect for relaxing, and the sound of the waves is incredibly soothing. Golf Cart Included: The included golf cart made getting around Surfside a breeze. It was so convenient to zip down to the beach, nearby restaurants, and shops without the hassle of driving. Comfortable Beds: The spacious bedrooms have super comfy beds and high-quality linens. Thanks to the quiet and peaceful environment, we all slept wonderfully each night. Immaculate and Brand New: Being a new build, everything was pristine and spotlessly clean. Quiet neighborhood. House at end of road right on the Dunes!! Gorgeous views! Close by to fine dining like the Seahorse Bar and Grill just a few blocks away and can walk to it along the beach. We love love how u are on the sand and not across the street with a seawall and traffic in your way like Galveston!

Has every amenity u could want! Luxury hot tub, giant golf cart for 6. Game room to die for. Everyone has a view of the ocean from their rooms! Games like ring game, corn hole, horshoes near a tiki bar and wood burning fire pit!
