La cabaña Wishingtree es especial porque es una cabaña auténtica de 75 años en tierra bien cuidada y amada.
Relájate en nuestro tranquilo refugio de montaña cerca de la ciudad pero lleno de pájaros y otros animales salvajes

Ubicado a solo 10 minutos en automóvil del centro de Asheville y del River Arts District, a 5 minutos de UNCA,
y a 15 minutos de BILTMORE ESTATE
Weaverville está a 5 millas al norte de la cabaña

Toma un Uber para visitar las cervecerías

Conducir o hacer senderismo en Blue Ridge Parkway es accesible desde la cercana Ox Creek Rd.
Fácil acceso para tubos y rafting en el río French Broad.

Hay una estufa de "registro de gas" para el romance y la calidez. Pisos de madera en todo.
Encontrará una deliciosa cama de matrimonio con ropa de cama y un ventanal con vista a exuberantes jardines.
Un aire acondicionado portal lo mantiene fresco, aunque aquí en las montañas con bastante frecuencia es lo suficientemente fresco como para dormir con las ventanas abiertas durante los meses de verano.
Una cocina con estufa de gas natural, nevera grande, lavavajillas, cafetera, tostadora y licuadora, etc.
Amplio vestidor con lavadora / secadora grandes.
Pasa el rato en la terraza con una bebida fría o toma un café por la mañana en el patio delantero.
Perfecto para una escapada romántica.
Hermosos jardines orgánicos con plantas medicinales y flores florecientes de marzo a octubre
En el exterior, puede escuchar mi pájaro favorito llamado, el de un "Woodland Trush". A principios de año escuchará las pequeñas ranas Spring Peeper. Y se escucha el sonido de la fuente en el estanque de peces dorados al fondo del patio.
Esta cabina única se encuentra detrás de mi propia casa, que es una cabaña de troncos de más de 100 años. La tierra está llena de espíritu y amor, abundancia y vida. Soy muy afortunado de vivir aquí y de poder compartir el encanto contigo.

Ps .. También estoy feliz de darle un recorrido por mi patio BeeLoved Bee. Soy un apicultor!

Rebecca's place was amazing! We stayed over the Thanksgiving weekend, and it was incredibly convenient to get everywhere in Asheville. The house is an excellent blend of modern amenities and over 100 years of nostalgia and history. Highly recommended!

Our host Rebecca was friendly, supportive, and available if needed. The cabin was absolutely immaculate and had everything we needed, plus some! Location was very handy to Asheville attractions, also grocery stores and restaurants. Cabin has a lovely porch on the back, perfect for relaxing during the day and stargazing at night. Quiet, cozy, clean and safe. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

Rebecca's cabin is in a serene forested area, yet still close enough to anything Asheville to be the perfect place for rest and relaxation after hiking or sight-seeing. Rebecca has taken care of little details like plush towels, a cozy bed, kitchen tools, and outdoor furniture to make for a comfy get-away spot, and she is a pleasant, helpful hostess! We highly recommend this cabin and plan to return in the future!

Great Location

Just minutes from Asheville to the south and Weaverville to the north, a great location. Very comfortable and clean, beautiful deck for having breakfast or a glass of wine looking at the stars. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nice cabin in Woodfin

This cabin was very nice to stay in. Close to all things Asheville. Very clean and plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking. Plenty of towels to shower with and/or use in the kitchen. Highly recommend. Rebecca was very responsive.

Perfect Cabin for Our Stay

My daughter and I stayed here for 4 nights for her Senior Spring Break. The cabin was absolutely adorable and had everything we needed for the 2 of us. It is conveniently located to plenty of shops and restaurants as well as a short drive to downtown Asheville. Would definitely stay again.

Just Perfect

Our stay couldn’t have been better. The cabin was comfy and cozy, and it had everything we needed. It felt like we were in the woods, but we were just minutes from downtown. Rebecca left all the info we needed, and messaged us just to check in. She was available if we needed her. I didn’t want to go back to home and work and responsibilities after having such a relaxing week away.

Great quiet retreat!

The perfect cozy home for a relaxing weekend. Tons of yummy restaurants within ~5 mins but still quiet and tucked away. Loved falling asleep listening to the rain and feeling the breeze through the many (screened) windows!

Great location

We had everything we needed for a getaway and yet we were just around the corner from all the main attractions! It felt like we were in a caving in the mountains surrounded by wildlife. The cabin was clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed.

I live in the 100 yr old Log Cabin at the front of the 1 acre property. Our land is filled w blooming trees ,bushes and flowers from March till October. I have lovely organic flowers and vegetable garden surrounding the cabin. I am glass artist and an urban bee keeper.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Located, only 6 miles from Downtown Asheville and minutes to Weaverville. So sweet. A rare opportunity to glimpse an artist lifestyle. The propery is filled w flowers and gardens,a pond ,mature trees, oaks, dogwoods,redbuds. Medicinal garden includes solumans seal ,trilliums,comfrey ,Motherwort and borage.
I have an apiary( bee temple) at the lower end of the property- our bees are out of site but, you are welcome to walk over to the properties edge and come sit and observe them.
It's a mountain retreat , so enchanting you may even glimpse a Farie from the corner of your eye.

The YMCA and Beaver Lake are close by for a workout or walk. Grocery stores with in 3 miles. Stoney Knob Restaurant,Bavarian Restaurant and Thirsy Monk are within 2 miles and downtown Asheville is only a 10 minute drive.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Unique 75 year old cabin in the woods. Cosy, charming and quirky. Comfortably outfitted w luscious queen sized bed and fully stocked kitchen . There is a Deck on the back of the cabin and garden for morning coffee or sunset glass of beer or wine.
Gas log stove adds charm, romance and warmth.
Brimming w artwork. It is both peaceful and quiet.

NOTE: The road is a little bumpy and walkway is a little uneven and the charm is unequivocal
Note: The cabin is in the woods. We get spider webs ,mosquitoes ,mice in the winter, wild turkeys in the yard and an occasional bear.
If you are super fussy then we are not for you
