The pool and spa close at dusk, not the deck, as do almost every pool and spa on the ocean, it's near impossible to light them to code and comply with turtle nesting regulations. There is a secure exit to and from the pool that leads to the adjacent beach ramp. It's very conveniently located. No wooden stairs to climb. Long story short, Jack was looking for a refund.
