Welcome to Brighter Outlook II, a cheerful and spacious 5-bedroom, 3-bath home in Fort Morgan, perfect for families, reunions, or group getaways. This side of a duplex comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests and can be rented on its own or paired with Brighter Outlook I next door to create a 10-bedroom coastal retreat accommodating up to 32 guests. Located in the desirable Dunes community, this recently renovated home combines coastal charm, comfort, and a fantastic beachside location—and it’s pet-friendly.


Designed for relaxed coastal living, Brighter Outlook II features an open and airy living area with a large TV, abundant seating, and expansive windows that fill the space with natural light and dune views. The living space flows into a spacious dining area with ample seating, plus a breakfast bar for casual meals. Just off the dining area, a cozy sitting space with a sleeper sofa provides additional room to spread out. The renovated kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything needed for easy meal prep. A private charcoal grill is also available for outdoor cooking.


The first floor includes a guest bedroom with a queen bed, TV, and access to a nearby full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Upstairs, four additional bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements. The primary suite features a king bed, TV, private balcony with Gulf views, and a large closet with twin bunk beds. The ensuite bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a whirlpool tub. Two additional bedrooms each feature a queen bed and TV, while the final upstairs bedroom includes a queen bed with twin bunks in an oversized closet. A Jack and Jill bathroom serves the upstairs bedrooms.


Guests enjoy easy beach access, a community pool, and beautiful Gulf views, making it easy to relax and enjoy everything Fort Morgan has to offer. Dogs are welcome, and the pet-friendly Fort Morgan beaches make this an ideal choice for travelers bringing furry companions.

This home is dog-friendly, limit two dogs. The following breeds are prohibited by the association by-laws: Doberman, Rottweiler, Chow, or Pit Bull. To book a pet friendly property, you MUST call the office Monday-Friday between 9-5. YOU CANNOT BOOK A PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY ONLINE.
Rules for renting with a dog:
-Your dog must be older than 9-months.
-Your dog must always remain on a leash when outside of the house.
-You must clean up after your dog.
-No excessive barking.
-Paid pet fee of $120 PER PET
Failure to follow these rules WILL result in immediate eviction of you or your dog, with no returned money.
