Weekend stay

We had a great time at Sandy Toes. Plenty of room for the whole family, short walk to the beach. It was so quiet and peaceful.

Excellent vacation home with all the amenities and more! The home was a very comfortable home away from home and it had everything we needed for our stay! The beds were all comfortable beds and the rooms had plenty of privacy for all! We had a family of 11 and there was more than enough room and beds for us and the home was a lot larger than the pictures show online! The house has a full bathroom in each bedroom along with a 1/2 bath in the middle of the house. It's a short walk to a gorgeous beach and from the house you can see the beach and the bay on the other side!l from the porch. The neighborhood has a beach vibe and quiet. There are two pools, a tennis court & basketball court with a pavilion with fuzzball table and paddle ball tables..the house has plenty of room to park cars underneath including a boat. We parked 5 cars easily. The home was also outfitted with beach and umbrella services you could order and have delivered to the home for your trip! We also used the grill a couple of nights provided with the home! Excellent 7 night stay we did not want to leave!!

The house was great for our family vacay! Loved that each bedroom had its own private bathroom. Super convenient to the pool and only a short walk to the beach access. Well maintained neighborhood. We really enjoyed the home and our time as a family here!

Nice beach house

Check in was easy. House was as described with easy short walk to the beach. The pool is located close by. One thing that wasn’t mentioned when I made reservation…it was open but needed attention (the water appeared dirty when we arrived) and the deck area was under much needed renovation. Sadly we didn’t get to use the pool.Kitchen was stocked with essentials. Bathroom/bedrooms were clean and well stocked as well as laundry area. Living room sofas and area rug needed to be cleaned. We just threw some sheets over them. The air went out in the night on our 2nd night. A call to management and they sent someone out that morning for repair.

Excellent setup enjoyed by all

Close to beach, pool and tennis. Parking under house convenient and it was nice not waiting on elevators, luggage carts and parking spaces. Quiet area, no crowds and restaurants are close enough. Only complaint is the vbro fees that don't show up until you're checking out are ridiculous.....

Love this house in Fort Morgan! Very close to the beach and lots of room for everyone. The rug in the living room needs to be cleaned or replaced and the coffee pot is very slow. Appears to be prettt old. Those are my only complaints. The house is such a great size and location to beach is great!

Great property for groups large and small!

We had SO much fun this week at Sandy Toes! We enjoyed it so much we even extended our stay. Location is perfect and close to the beach access. The house is right by the pool and tennis courts, which made it perfect for the kids to play while being within eyesight. House was much bigger than it looked in the pictures, and accommodated our large group without feeling cramped. It was very clean, well stocked, and in great condition. Communication was very easy with the management company, we needed to get a hold of them one day and they responded quickly and were very helpful. We hope to return next year!!

Good house. Had more beach related items than we thought - we could have left stuff at home. Adequate in the kitchen. Please read small print carefully. My confirmation showed large could cancel by X date. Tried to but was told no, houses are different and it’s in the small print. Glad we didn’t canx but wasn’t happy about that.

New Couches Needed

We liked three full size couches in the living room but they are worn out, broken down, and very DIRTY. The rug is also gross. It is pet-friendly (which I did not notice before I rented) and it smells like a wet dog when you walk in. We also heard the owner never returned after Hurricane Sally in 2020 and the ceilings have some black spots and need repainted. Is it mold? The location of the house is great and the bathroom in each bedroom is fantastic. Beds are comfortable. It was clean as far as what a weekly cleaning service can do. It just needs a deep clean and some TLC.

Everything really is better at the beach!

We had a most delightful time staying at this property! The house was walk-in ready when we arrived. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable. I enjoyed the open floor plan that allowed some to watch TV while others played card games at the table, yet we were all together. Beach access was just around the corner and the walk was not far at all. We took advantage of the tennis court/basketball court and the pools. (I especially liked that the pools were salt water and not chlorine.) And there was a game room with foosball (and maybe pool; I can't remember). The neighborhood was nice and made for pleasant morning and evening walks. And the beach... what's not to like about the beach? Maybe when the toilets begin to show signs of not flushing properly? Once we realized the problem on Day Two, I immediately emailed the property manager. It was after 9pm, and I didn't expect a response until the next day, but within 5 minutes, she had emailed AND CALLED me! She apologized and said she would have someone out there first thing in the morning (which was the case). Note: we could still flush; just not well. It turns out that the grinder pump needed to be replaced and the worker had to shut the water off for one hour. Guess what? We just went to the beach! So yeah, everything really is better at the beach, and the property manager handled the situation with speed and urgency, which we appreciated. (And future vacationers should have nothing to worry about going forward!) Finally, the house is pet friendly, so we were able to bring our dog along, which was the best.

A Great Beach House

This beach house was awesome. It was a short walk to the beach and had a wonderful layout. Lots of room for kiddos to play under the house and ride bikes. Plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen table was nice and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. I loved having lots of activity options with this property: pool, beach, tennis, etc. I especially loved that we could bring our dog who I was nervous about leaving home for a week. Everyone loved this house. I prefer Fort Morgan as it is quieter and away from crowds. The beach was beautiful and we would walk there in less than 5 minutes. The home did have some kids toys stocked and that was an added bonus! There were plenty of towels and blankets etc as well. The only thing I wish beach property had were pool towels but we did bring our own so it wasn't a big deal. A special thank you to owners for keyless entry which made check in/out so easy and our say easier not having to worry about losing or finding a key. It was an awesome trip and thankful we got to stay!

Beautiful Home!

The house was perfect for two families with teens. There was an additional twin bed outside of the master that I wish we would have know about beforehand so I’m letting future guests know.

House fit our 3 families great!

We had a great stay. House needs some maintenance but we still had a great time. It was farther away from all the activities then we realized but we made it work. Overall we made great memories as a family!!

We had a wonderful week in Sandy Toes! Plenty of space for our 2 families, 9 people total. Great large family space and eating area…large table perfect for games and cards! Very nice!

Enjoyed the 'off the beaten path' experience of the Fort Morgan area. The property was large and spacious for the 4 adults and 4 children of our group. The front covered deck of the property was awesome to utilize at night.
