This recently renovated home is located on a canal with a private dock that holds standup paddle boards, kayaks and Hobbie Cat Peddle boards for fun in the sun. Just a couple short blocks away from everything: the oceanfront boardwalk where all the action is, grocery stores, fine and casual dining restaurants, Lido Village with shops and waterfront bars and restaurants, and a gateway to Newport Harbor, one of the largest recreational harbors on the West Coast.

Plenty of fun for families and adults. Kayaks and Peddle Boards/Paddle Boards included. Electric 22 ft. Duffy Boat available at an extra charge for those with some boating experience.

The home is beautiful, the Duffy boat was very fun. The central location near restaurants and the grocery store was ideal. Communicating with the host was super easy. We all love staying at this house. Definite worth it!

25th Anniversary Celebration

We just spent an amazing week at this beach house, with our friends, we even had some friends flying from Dallas for the week to join us, and it was everything we hoped for and more. The house is beautiful, right on the water, and the Duffy boat was such a great bonus—we used it every day and loved every ride!The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, so all we had to bring was our food. The bedrooms were spacious, comfortable, and really well-appointed.We spent a lot of time outside on the patio—grilling, playing games, and just soaking in the beautiful sunsets. It was the perfect way to end each day. it was very convenient and close by to all the restaurants and shopping. We never had to drive anywhere we would walk everywhere. It was also great to jump on our E bikes and take a ride down the bike path all the way to Bolsa Chica and back.The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and the house had everything we needed for fun beach days—including gear for a bonfire, which made for some great nights. My husband, I and our friends absolutely loved the house. This is the perfect spot for families or a big group of friends. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Such a beautiful home in an amazing location

This house is gorgeous and in the perfect location. You can walk to Lido and other areas or if you rent the Duffy take a spin on that. Judy was awesome and so easy to communicate with.Great couple days!

Incredible on the way stay

We had an amazing week at the property.A short walk to the beach, and then along the beach front to grab a coffee while the kids surfed was just perfect. The cherry on the cake, the opportunity to tour the local area and restaurants by boat was amazing. If the opportunity arises, we will certainly be back. Thanks for sharing your home.

Beautiful home in a great location

Judy was easy to work with and her home was well appointed. The bedrooms are perfect for adult children and our younger teens. 5 minute walk to the beach and close to Lido. We rented the Duffy which was fun to take to lunch. We hope to stay at the house again soon!

Beautiful home and perfect location

The house is perfectly located with a Dufy boat to enjoy during your stay. We used it every day. It is also only a few blocks from the beach. The hosts provide water sport toys and beach essentials. We have a daughter and grandson that live near by and hope to stay again when we visit.

Truly an absolutely wonderful place to stay and close to everything as they mentioned on the listing

We had a fantastic time in Newport Beach. Visited all of our favorite places and of course spent fun times on the beach between 33rd and 34th. Plus a fun day a Crystal Cove. Momma D’s. Etc. The House a very special place which fit everybody well and we loved the dock and the use of the Duffy boat. Really fun cruising around the bay. Wow! Great property, location, and people!

My family and I recently stayed at this amazing property. Wow...just Wow! Not only was the property great, but the location and property managers were fantastic! I wouldn't even think twice about renting this house. There is so much to do locally within a few steps (i.e. beach, pier, boardwalk, shops, and restaurants). Thank you for the awesome experience and my teens loved every minute of it. We will be back!
