La casa de playa por excelencia! En un sereno tramo de la Península de Balboa, pero a un corto paseo en bicicleta del Ferry, Fun Zone, The Wedge, Newport Channel, el muelle y restaurantes. Esta casa ofrece un total de cinco dormitorios y tres baños y medio. El nivel principal proporciona una hermosa sala de estar y chimenea, comedor, cocina y un gran patio privado adyacente al paseo marítimo, con acceso directo a la playa. También hay un garaje para dos coches para el estacionamiento.

Se proporcionan bicicletas y hay un bloqueo para cada bicicleta.

Everything in and about the property was as advertised. The place was wonderful and had everything. Just perfect for our family and our Newport events. We walked to everything. What we couldn’t we biked. It made for a wonderful trip. We have recommended to others, and will ask to stay here again. The host was incredible, even personally helped us with the booking with VRBO so everything was as advertised.

Location, location, location! This beach house is directly on the strand looking out to the sand and surf. Gorgeous views with the most beautiful sunsets! Off street garage parking accommodates two cars and was great for the week we were there. Restaurants, shopping, the Fun Zone, the Wedge, Kid’s playground were all close enough to bike to.We loved the assortment of beach toys for the kids and chairs/towels for the adults.The inside had a quaint and cozy beach house feel. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook big family meals. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Bonus was the double stacked washers and dryers. Pat, our host, was easy to communicate with and very responsive to all our questions.We enjoyed our stay so much!

The beach view at this house is stunning, along with the sunsets. House was very clean and well stocked for all your beach adventures. We used the beach chairs, bikes, sand buckets, football, volleyball and beach towels. It was an easy walk to Balboa for restaurants and the ferry to Balboa Island. I highly recommend this house and will be back with my family of ten!

We had a wonderful stay…. This is a beautiful home and was perfect for 14 of us. So many amenities from sand toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, BBQ, beach cruisers, beach towels for all! The kitchen is the nicest VRBO I have been to! Pat has been an awesome host!

Cockroach in the shower Day 1....garage didn't fit SUVs so had to park on street and 109 ticket Day 2...Day 3 was broken nose for my 87 yr old mom because the front step blended in. No handle rail for her from the garage either. Day 1 also included a 5 person cleaning team walking in unannounced to finish the bedsheets that "previous guest barfed on". Why did they need 5 people to do that and why they walked in from teh garage unannounced is a mystery. After the stay, reached to host and asked about a necklace my mom may have left there and her response was not "how is she doing, sorry you spent a day in the emergency room, I will check for her necklace." It was "you should have told me earlier". Pretty darn heartless.

Please review all my other reviews as we normally receive 5-star reviews for this beautiful ocean front home. I treasure my guests and strive to keep our guests happy and give them excellent service, so trust you will review my other reviews and not just this one... 1. Instead of waiting until the designated check-in time, these guests checked in early...before the housekeeping team had finished cleaning. 2. There is free parking on adjacent streets if your vehicles do not fit in the standard sized 2-car garage, but it is important to adhere to the street cleaning signs to avoid getting a ticket. 3. Regarding his mother's necklace, my comment was "Wish you had contacted me as soon as you had left" He contacted me a week after he departed and by that time, other guests had stayed 5 days and then a second group had arrived. We did a thorough search for it to no avail. 4. It is very unfortunate his 87 yr old mother fell and broke her nose when she missed or tripped on the step at the front entry. And as I messaged him: "So glad to hear she is doing better. Thank you for letting me know. So sorry we could not find her necklace. She said she left it on the counter, was she referring to in the kitchen" to which he never replied so hopefully she found it.

A perfect stay!

Location, location, location!! Pat has a beautiful place right on the ocean. The place is very well-maintained and has absolutely everything. We were a family of 14 and were accommodated with everything we needed from beach towels, regular towels, bikes, beach, chairs, toys… There wasn’t one thing missing! Thank you for letting us stay at your wonderful place.

Fantastic stay!

This house is the BEST! Clean, plenty of room and included everything you need for a stay at the beach right down to sand toys for the kiddos. Pat was a wonderful host who checked in with us periodically to make sure we were well taken care of. Our family enjoyed our stay and hated to leave!!!

We stayed in the house over Labor Day weekend. Everything was awesome. The house is clean, very well organized. We were 13 people and there is plenty of space for everyone. Location is convenient right on the sand, 5 minutes walk to Balboa pier and 30 minutes walk to Newport Pier. Owner is very responsive. He even add chairs for us when we asked. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely lovely!

Absolutely lovely! Despite the fact that California had pouring rain during our Thanksgiving, we had a wonderful time staying indoors in this lovely property.. Very well appointed, clean, and spacious. Excellent location and easy walking to the center of town for restaurants and shopping. Would absolutely stay here again!

Relaxing time

We had a wonderful stay. The home was beautiful, clean, warm and inviting. Location was great, there was something to do for all age groups in our party. It was a much-needed getaway for our family. We stayed 6 wonderful nights. I would definitely recommend this beautiful beach home!

Enjoy the peace and tranquility or walk to the "Fun Zone" for fun and games. Walk to great restaurants, rent jet skis, Duffy Boats, paddle boards, kayaks, bikes (electric and regular), go fishing, surfing, or do nothing at all except relax and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. You can have it all at this beautiful beach front home.
