La casa de playa por excelencia! En un sereno tramo de la Península de Balboa, pero a un corto paseo en bicicleta del Ferry, Fun Zone, The Wedge, Newport Channel, el muelle y restaurantes. Esta casa ofrece un total de cinco dormitorios y tres baños y medio. El nivel principal proporciona una hermosa sala de estar y chimenea, comedor, cocina y un gran patio privado adyacente al paseo marítimo, con acceso directo a la playa. También hay un garaje para dos coches para el estacionamiento.

Se proporcionan bicicletas y hay un bloqueo para cada bicicleta.
Los invitados serán responsables de las bicicletas y habrá un $ 350. 00 tarifa de reemplazo para cualquier bicicleta que falta.

The beach view at this house is stunning, along with the sunsets. House was very clean and well stocked for all your beach adventures. We used the beach chairs, bikes, sand buckets, football, volleyball and beach towels. It was an easy walk to Balboa for restaurants and the ferry to Balboa Island. I highly recommend this house and will be back with my family of ten!

We stayed in the house over Labor Day weekend. Everything was awesome. The house is clean, very well organized. We were 13 people and there is plenty of space for everyone. Location is convenient right on the sand, 5 minutes walk to Balboa pier and 30 minutes walk to Newport Pier. Owner is very responsive. He even add chairs for us when we asked. We would definitely stay here again.

A perfect stay!

Location, location, location!! Pat has a beautiful place right on the ocean. The place is very well-maintained and has absolutely everything. We were a family of 14 and were accommodated with everything we needed from beach towels, regular towels, bikes, beach, chairs, toys… There wasn’t one thing missing! Thank you for letting us stay at your wonderful place.

Oceanfront Heaven

Location is the key factor and you won’t find anything else on the oceanfront with the sand in front of you and people watching in full force! All the creature comforts are provided in this house from ample towels to luxury linens. With a fully stocked kitchen and board games galore as well. We will be back!!!!!

Birthday Weekend

We rented this beautiful home for the weekend to celebrate our daughter’s 18th birthday and it was a DREAM! The location is great and right near the pier and local shops and restaurants. The home is right on the boardwalk next to the sand, and it is a dream home! We had coffee in the morning and sat outside and watched all the runners and bicyclists passing by., went to the beach during the day and the home has a ton of towels and beach equipment ready to use. Just wake up and walk out your front door and you’re there! The home has a parking garage that fit our two cars just perfectly and it also had bikes and beach chairs inside. The bedrooms were comfy, clean and well decorated and had plenty of amenities. The best part? The AC! So nice to be able to put it on especially during the heat wave. We were able to go to a nice dinner nearby and then come home and have cake and celebrate. The teens ran around outside doing all of their “Instagram worthy” photos and really enjoyed the sunsets each night. The host was great to communicate with and easy to message. This was the best home to have a group in and we will definitely be back!

Absolutely STUNNING property! Location, Location, Location this is the place! Family time taken to a whole new level enjoying this property. Long Weekend

We stayed here over the Labor Day weekend. There were 14 of us. We all had plenty of space to hang out and everyone felt comfortable. There are enough beds for everyone. We really enjoyed sitting outside. We also swam in the ocean just in front of the house. The house is definitely very clean. It has everything we needed, plenty of towels, the kitchen is fully stocked. The host texted me as soon as I arrived, and was always responsive during our stay. We will definitely be back.

The house was a perfect pick for our family of 6 ranging in age from 21 to 78! The location on the beach was amazing and fun. The house was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. We were also impressed at the generous amount of bath towels, beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and toys. The local VBRO property manager was in touch with us soon after we checked in and made it clear that she was available should we need anything.

My family really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend this property. We loved being right on the sand and that we could walk to the fun zone and many area restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous beach-front house and completely equipped with lots of space. We had 3 generations of family, ranging from 6 to 81 and house had great gathering rooms as well as private quiet areas. Perfectly located on Balboa Peninsula with many nearby options but a very quiet home inside. Older, well maintained home with lots of character and well decorated!

Fabulous

This VRBO couldn't have been better for our family. We have no suggestions to improve. The family used all the bikes. We really appreciated the kids toys and being across from the beach as we had twin boys (2 years old) here from Switzerland. The bed in the closet was a nice surprise for the boys. The host was easy to contact. The kitchen was well furnished. Plenty of towels. One suggestion--if possible don't check in Saturday or Sunday as parking is really tricky. We arrived for 4:00 check in and asked the cleaning lady to move her truck over so we park in the garage. (The garage is roomy for 2 cars.) My California families tell me that they are use to difficult parking. Once they were in the lot, they were fine. Easy the rest of the week. Thanks again. It was a great stay.

Relaxing time

This house is the BEST! Clean, plenty of room and included everything you need for a stay at the beach right down to sand toys for the kiddos. Pat was a wonderful host who checked in with us periodically to make sure we were well taken care of. Our family enjoyed our stay and hated to leave!!!

On the beach

We appreciated this beach house being one complete house, not separated with a front and back unit. We had a couple of toddlers with us that enjoyed the sand toys. We used the crib and the pack n play provided from the home. The large dining table and living area (with two sofas and two loveseats) were great for family conversations and games. Beds and bedrooms were very comfortable. plenty of bathrooms for our group. We never used the beach cruiser bikes, but there were six on property. There were a few beach chairs, but the two we tried to use were a little broken. We all loved the real hardwood floors in this property. So glad they haven’t really been replaced with something cheap. It’s a beautiful home right on the boardwalk. One thing to note- the sand in front of the home does not have a gradual slope to the ocean. There were two steeper sandy drops to get to the water. Not that big of a deal, but it does not have a gradual transition from the ocean to the sand. We’re hoping to come again with warmer weather.

Enjoy the peace and tranquility or walk to the "Fun Zone" for fun and games. Walk to great restaurants, rent jet skis, Duffy Boats, paddle boards, kayaks, bikes (electric and regular), go fishing, surfing, or do nothing at all except relax and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. You can have it all at this beautiful beach front home.
