Mere steps away from the most unforgettable beach.: Our quaint 2 bedroom 2 bath villa with pullout sofa can accommodate up to six guests and has been reimagined with modern decor and amenities. Equipped with 3 redundant mini split a/C units, hot showers, and comfortable queen size beds, will guarantee a comfortable stay. Smart locks and included Wi-Fi will simplify and enhance this island getaway. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. Brand new furniture throughout the villa, smart TV, patio furniture, barbecue, and an outdoor shower, are just some of the amenities you will find in this quaint villa.


The heated swimming pool with lounge chairs, tables, and umbrellas is mere steps from your villa. They are also lounge chairs and umbrellas right in front of our stretch of this beach paradise.

The Beach
And the beach? Well, to be quite honest, until you see it with your own eyes, no pictures will ever do it justice. It is for good reason that National Geographic voted Treasure Cay Beach to be one of the top 10 most beautiful beaches of the world. Soft, powdery sand with more than 3 miles of calm, gin-clear aquamarine waters are perfect for swimming. So uncrowded that you should not be surprised if you are the first footprints on that beach as you walk it in the morning.

Beautiful villa

Tad’s unit exceeded our expectations.. large, well equipped, tastefully decorated . Communication with the owner was thorough and fast. The beach is stunning.. baby powder sand and always loungers available. Pool area was also nice and never crowded. At the villa there was a nice barbecue and 2 outdoor seating areas. Bery enjoyable!

Treasure Key getaway

This is a beautifully decorated unit just steps from the pool and a spectacular beach. Unit was exceptionally clean and had everything we could think of for a vacation. Tad, the host, was such a quick responder and had all info ready for us. We will definitely return and we had a very memorable vacation. Thanks for the fantastic hospitality!

Perfect Location, Warm & Welcoming

This Beach Villa was a perfect place to vacation for my husband and I and one other couple. The house was very clean, recently renovated, and nicely decorated. It was just a short walk to a very large salt water pool surrounded by an extensive lounging area. Just outside the pool area was the most beautiful caribbean beach. You can see both sunrises and sunsets from here. There are several restaurants very close to the rental, some you can even walk to. Additionly, it is conveniently located just a short drive to a boat ferry that can take you to Green Turtle Cay where you can rent a golf cart to travel to the Green Turtle Beach where you can swim with stingrays and see sea turtles. This was the high light of our stay. Check-in was easy and communication was prompt. I highly recommend this property. Sandra

Wonderful New Villa - Great location

Just returned from our first stay on Treasure since Dorian and had a wonderful time. It is great to see the island returning to life and many familiar faces. Tad was very responsive and communicative from start to finish. He provided updates all along the way. The check in process was easy and Donna was also awesome to work with. The villa itself is spotless. Looks as if it was just opened for the first time last week. The location is an easy 100 yard walk to the world class beach, just a few minute golf cart ride from the Bahama Beach Club and Marina with Florence's Bakery and the convenience store. Looking forward to returning and staying again in the very near future!! Would highly recommend if you are looking to rent in Treasure!

Best Beach, Crystal Clear Water & Perfect Accomodations

This is the best beach property I've stayed in and I've stayed in many. Quiet, well run Beach front community with a 10 minute Beach walk to great food & drink. Quicker by golf cart but we love walking the powder sand with beautiful water. The Villa is tastefully designed and high quality in every detail. Nothing was left undone to create comfort & ease. The kitchen is equipped with the best stainless pots, pans, knives, appliances, you name it. A closet full of new floating beach chairs and toys even for children. Super comfortable beds and couches. We discovered a modest pickleball community in walking distance. We loved walking to the East end of the beach at low tide to go out on the sandbar and far beyond in the shallow water. Before arriving we packed our favorite foods and condiments and picked up produce & extras at Maxwell's Grocery in Marsh Harbor as our taxi driver waited. Mid week we took the Ferry to check out Green Turtle Cay with a golf cart. In the end we preferred our quiet sweet Villa a few steps from the pool & calm, safe pristine Waters in Treasure Cay. Another special experience is how lovely the local Bahamian people are. Kind gentle sincere authentic and helpful in every way. I joke that I found my swimming hole 2 hours from Charlotte and will return next year.

Perfect Villa. Perfect Location. Stunning Beach.

I don’t always write reviews but after staying at this lovely villa, I felt compelled to do so. I was already impressed before I even arrived. Communication from the host, Tad, was excellent. He was very helpful with the boat and golf cart rentals and, as our trip approached, he sent us very useful info on things like grocery shopping, activities/excursions, and even dining options/suggestions. Check-in was a breeze since we had our own personal code and my wife was thrilled we found fresh flowers and the a/c “on” when we arrived. This villa looks and feels brand new with modern decor and it’s super close to the beach. The kitchen is very well equipped and having our own washer/dryer was a big plus. “Island Retreat” even had its own personalized guest soap. From thoughtful water toys to comfortable outdoor seating and an outdoor grill, this host thought of everything. When we had any questions, Tad was always quick to respond. I don’t think I ever waited more than 5 minutes before he responded. Great stay and the beach was absolutely stunning. “Island Retreat” is exactly that! Highly recommend this place. Thanks Tad, for your generous hospitality. We will definitely be back!

This condo was exactly as pictured and exceeded our expectations. It truly had everything we needed—including a grill and, hands down, the best cookware of any condo we’ve ever stayed in. The unit was spotless, and the fresh flowers waiting for us on arrival were such a thoughtful and welcoming touch.The pool area was very clean with plenty of chairs and shade, and the beach was just as wonderful. It included loungers and shaded areas and was never crowded. Several mornings we had the beach entirely to ourselves for hours, which was absolutely magical.Tad is an AMAZING host. His communication was excellent, and he provided incredibly helpful information about the area—things to do, restaurants, car rentals, and more—which made our trip so easy and enjoyable.When our flight home was unexpectedly canceled on our last full day, Tad went above and beyond. I reached out to see if we could stay an extra night, and he responded immediately, even calling us personally. In less than 20 minutes, everything was arranged and stress-free.We truly can’t thank Tad enough and are already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend this condo and host to anyone considering staying here!

Being born and raised in Florida, I have always gravitated to the ocean. As a cruiser and a sailor, I have had the pleasure and privilege of being to most of the Caribbean islands. So why Abaco, and more specifically, why Treasure? It is a Quiet and laid-back place with Crystal clear waters. Every shade of blue lives in these waters. Its people are genuine and kind. Each of its nearby cays has its own unique personality. Whether sport fishing, scuba diving, sailing, or just soaking in the hues of blue, it is this place that I came across on just “another” vacation that beckoned me to stay and share its treasures with likeminded people like you. Come and see for yourself why this place will charm and entice you to return again and again.

You could stay in many places and still enjoy the beauty of Treasure, so why should you stay at our villa, “Island Retreat”? Our villa is located steps away from treasure Beach and it has been wonderfully renovated with all the modern amenities. Three redundant a/c units will keep you cool anytime of the year. You could spend more and stay at one of the lovely condos in the Bahama Beach club or you could spend less and have your own private villa. It is always your choice. I have to admit, when I first came to the island I stayed at the Bahama Beach club. Lovely as it is, it was the quaint beach villas that won me over. Come see for yourself and enjoy a true “Island Retreat”.
