Located in Treasure Cay, Bahamas. Ocean Villas is a private residence & Villa 907 is steps to the stunning Treasure Cay Beach - featuring white sand and turquoise water.

Ocean Villas also has a private pool and is located near this villa with chairs and tables for relaxing.

The villa features a full kitchen, a BBQ, full showers and different spaces to enjoy some peace or to recover after a day on the boat!

Treasure Cay is great for those who want to relax or for those who like to spend time by the beach or out on a boat.

For amenities, there is Bahama Beach Club Restaurant, Cafe La Florence, Sunrise Pizza, Treasure Cay Boat Rentals and Mini Mart to name a few. Golf carts can also be ordered through Cash's Carts, but reach out and book ahead of your trip.

As there are not many local options, it is recommended that groceries are purchased in Marsh Harbour before departing for Treasure Cay from the airport. Alternatively, grocery and laundry services are also available through the villas property manager.

This was one of our best vacations, and we travelled quite a bit. The house is better than on the pictures and locations is AMAZING. The villas complex is very well maintained, and clean. The host is extremely responsive (although we didn't have any issues) and Martha is as well. I would recommend this house and we will return!

Charming villa steps from the beach

We love staying at Ocean Villas. This our third year in a row staying at this very same villa and we wouldn’t have it any other way. Our children love it, it’s a short stroll down the most beautiful beach, it’s clean, well equiped all around, charming & very comfortable. We look forward to coming again next year! Highly recommend!

This place is PERFECT

This place is perfect....the location is amazing, steps from the beach and a nice pool if you want a beach break. The villa has everything you need from cooking supplies to fluffy blankets. There was even a little cooler for our lunch. If you are going to this beautiful part of the world stay here you will love it.

This beautiful villa was the perfect beach getaway. The location was fabulous, the villa was clean and comfortable, and the owner was helpful and responsive. We couldn’t ask for a better place to stay to enjoy Treasure Cay. We can’t wait to go back!

We enjoyed our stay at Ocean Villas. The unit was just as described and both the hose and the property manager were responsive. We did have a lot of power outages that sometimes required a reset from the property manager. She was quick to respond. Power outages are a bit to be expected in the island. The location is perfect and the beach is beautiful. We would definitely stay here again.

Martha was an amazing host. Home was clean, power stayed on, pool was in good shape, location is great. Make sure to rent a golf cart early if going during the busy season.

The property is really nice, comfortable and exactly as you can see in the pictures (brand new). The beach is amazing and Martha is really helpful and provided us with all the support we needed. I highly recommend the villa. Be aware Abaco is still recovering from the hurricane/ pandemic and there was only one restaurant and a bakery available in Treasure Cay at the time of our visit.

Fabulous rental property

This rental property is everything that you see on the VRBO listing and more! Spacious, airy and beautifully decorated throughout. Great kitchen with everything that you need if you’re cooking. Large comfortable bed and lovely bathrooms. Beautiful planting outside and just a few short steps to one of the most beautiful beaches we have ever seen! Just dreamy! It was a very sad day when we closed the door for the last time….. We will be back!

Amazing, comfortable & well located villa steps from the beach!

Our family & I had an amazing time staying at the villa. It is exactly as advertised, extremely well equiped, clean, spacious and very comfortable. The rooms are perfect for the entire family with plenty of closet & storage space for longer term rentals. The kitchen had pretty much everything you need with great appliances. It’s located steps away from the beach which was ideal for our family of four including two toddlers. Both Sarah (owner) & Martha (property manager) were very responsive & accommodating to our various requests. We would absolutely consider staying at the villa again come next summer- it couldn’t have been more perfect for us!

AMAZING!!!

We had the most amazing time. The villa was just steps away from the beach. The villa was clean, the bedrooms were so comfortable, the kitchen came with everything we needed. We loved the two bathrooms. There was also a grill to cook on outside on the patio. Loved the beach decor of the villa. We met so many wonderful people. Martha was just wonderful. We were lucky enough to have met the owner’s family. The white sandy beaches will take your breath away, and the sea, just breath taking. This place is very family friendly. It was so difficult to leave. This place was 5 stars, plus!! We highly recommend this villa. Thank you everyone for such a fabulous vacation.

Great villa & location

Once again we enjoyed staying at the villa for the second year in a row. It’s the perfect size for our family of four. Location is great & place is fully equipped with everything you need. A couple comments I’d like to add just as constructive criticism is that it’d be nice to have more beach&home towels set out for our stay especially since we were there for 9 days. Without a washer & dryer i think itd be the sensitive thing to do especially with beach towels which tend to get rather crusty & stiff after a few days of use. Secondly, just given the distance to MH and the only fully equipped supermarket Maxwell’s it’d be nice to have a basic welcome package for guests (?) whether it’s bottled water, milk, cheese, eggs, cereal, etc whatever it is think it’d be a nice gesture for the price per night listed. I hate to bring it up but we had friends staying in some of the other villas & these were things that were a part of their setup. Other than that, always a nice option to be able to enjoy Abaco & continue supporting the local community.

Simple. Perfect.

This ocean villa is exactly as you see in the photos - clean, comfortable, and a super short walk to the most beautiful beach in the world. The villa sits on the edge of the rest of the development, which makes it feel private. The island is still in recovery mode, which means your expectations should be flexible, but this beach villa makes everything ok. Have already recommended this place to some friends and family and will very likely be returning soon. Thank you for the hospitality.

Great first visit to Treasure Cay. The place was just as advertised, clean with comfortable beds and plenty of cooking utensils. The reconstruction in the area was not a problem with noise early in the morning. Martha was always available to answer questions or help with whatever was needed. The area is still rebuilding from Dorian, but the Bahama Beach Club restaurant & bar next door had great food and service. All the people in the area are so nice and helpful. They are so excited and grateful for vacationers to start coming back. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent rental

Sarah's place is beautifully decorated and in fantastic condition - freshly renovated post-hurricane and can comfortably fit a small family. Being so close to the Treasure Cay beach and having the heated pool just steps away makes entertainment incredibly easy for any ages. The host was easy to get in touch with throughout the entire stay and got us set up and comfortable smoothly. This is a great stay and we're so happy to see more families rebuilding beautiful homes in Treasure Cay! Thank you Sarah and look forward to returning.

Beautiful place to go if you just want to relax.

The condo is very clean, modernly decorated, kitchen was well stocked. The owners were very nice and access to the property manager was great. A few things to understand about Treasure Cay before you go…this is the perfect beach vacation if you just want to relax with family and cook at home. Treasure Cay was devastated by Hurricane Dorian and the rebuild has been slow. There was no nightlife, spas, bars, golf, and one restaurant was open when we were there that closed at 5 or 6 with very minimal menu selections. There is a minimart but you will want to get groceries in Marsh Harbour before you head to Treasure Cay…and you will definitely need to rent a car. I wish we had known this before we chose this location so we had accurate expectations. That said, we adjusted fine, and the beach truly is one of the most beautiful I have ever seen!
