The kitchen/dining is fully furnished with an island with stools that seat 12 people. There is a full laundry room with a ½ bath. A covered patio that has awesome views of aspen and pine trees and a gas grill. Two stall garage space available with a game room. Lots of parking for trucks and trailers. Perfect secluded area for your snowmobile or ATV trip with #7 snowmobile trail only 1 mile away. Other amenities include: Pak-N-Play, high chair, air mattress, board games and puzzles.
