The house was exactly as pictured. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had plenty of space for cooking and hanging out. We had a great time exploring the gorge and would stay here again.

Very cute and peaceful property at the end of the road. Lots of room for our dog to explore and also private. Both beds were excellent they did not skimp on mattress comfort. We enjoyed the trip and being able to take our dog with us. RRG is a gorgeous area. We recommend Holler-wood Jeep adventure and Natural Bridge sky lift.

We had everything we needed for cooking & it was so nice hanging out by the fire. The bed was SO COMFY & i loved the openness of the kitchen with the living room so everyone can talk.

Absolutely adorable cottage in the perfect place if you wanna go hiking. They had everything that we could possibly want already in the cottage, including soaps, shampoo detergent and even some little snack bones for my dog. They have thought about almost everything! Best host ever!

This was the cutest house and was absolutely perfect for our family of 4 plus 2 dogs. The hairdryer didn’t work, but that’s okay because I borrowed one from a family member! We will always book this house when visiting Stanton from now on. We’ve considered it our little “gem”!

Great weekend getaway with our dog

The house was very clean and welcoming. We appreciated that it was well equipped with anything we could have needed. Being able to bring our dog really made it feel like a home away from home.

This home was a perfect getaway. Well stocked, great amenities. THE BEDS WERE INCREDIBLE! So comfy! The contact staff were very helpful and prompt in supplying a couple missing items. Appliances were high quality and easy to use. The property is probably best for 2 since there's only 1 bath, but it would be fine for 4 if you don't spent too much time in front of the mirror. Great value for the price and convenient to all the outdoor activities offered in the Red River Gorge Area. Stanton park has beautiful new pickleball courts but not too many local players yet.

This house was so great! They were thoughtful and had a treat basket - including little bones for the dogs! Enough space for two big senior dogs and a newborn/their items. Close to grocery. We liked the location, even though it was a bit out of our way for our plans in the gorge.

Easy to locate. Loved 1 level. Photos accurate. Only issures were dead batteries in one tv remote and unable to figure out tge washing machine. Hope to stay here again!!! Good hosts

Restful abode after long hiking days

We really enjoyed our stay! It was a lovely home to come back to after hikes and walks along trails and all the nature the Red River Gorge area has to offer. The only issue we ran into was that while taking our pup on a walk through the neighborhood there were several unleashed dogs in adjacent yards...one nearly attempted to confront us a little aggressively, but the owner intervened. So, I'd advise keeping an eye on your pups, but we weren't bothered at all on the property. It was incredibly tranquil and had everything we needed for our stay. Would highly recommend and would love to visit again!
