We arrived late after dark & left very early the next morning to get to our next destination & activities we had booked for that day. Our stay was only 1 night. The cottage was very clean & beds comfortable. There is a covered porch on the back side of cottage, looked very nice, but due to our time restraint we didn't use it. The area & views look very pretty, unfortunate we didn't get to see it. We would stay here again & highly recommend. Communication was easy, although we had problems with our phones & internet service on our way to cottage. No fault of owners.

This cottage was so clean and very quaint. The owners put so much time into extra things like the fall decor. It made us feel right at home! We wished we would have had more time there. I would recommend to anyone visiting to try and arrive during daylight hours. Because of its remote location (which is a plus), it was a little tricky to find at night. Luckily, the hosts had left the front light on to help us find it! Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to others.

This was such a cute & cozy house. Very clean and well maintained. We absolutely loved the property and amenities. Check in was simple, and the hosts were so hospitable and welcoming. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to RRG. Love the fact that they offer a 1 night stay, that's very hard to find.

The house was very nice! We appreciated how clean everything was and the use of the whole house! We enjoyed making breakfast and cooking evening meals. It was great! The only down side was that we would lose internet connections on our phones when using maps. We definitely needed GPS directions to access the house and to get back down the hill.

We had a wonderful week at Red River Gorge and a big part of that was the house we rented. Timmy was very nice and accommodating and the property was fantastic. Very clean, in a quite location, the kitchen was fully stocked with the basics we needed, and the washer and dryer was a wonderful bonus. After all our hiking it came in handy! We would 100% stay here again. Trust me when I say you will love the back porch and it borders a pasture with a sweet donkey named J.J., bring some carrots he will love you instantly!!

We had only stayed one night but with that one night Timmy was so easy to communicate with! He gave us recommendations for places to go and he even brought us some treats for Jj! The most sweetest donkey!! The land & the cabin was so beautiful the scenery on the way there is also so beautiful! We will definitely be booking agian soon!!

Great Place

Enjoyed our time here. Used it as a base for daily hikes in the area. Host communicated well. The cottage is neat, well decorated and made us feel very comfortable.

Wonderful Property

We stayed one night on a family road trip and wish we could have stayed more. The property is on a quiet country road and is absolutely beautiful. Everything was as described. The owner Timmy was responsive, helpful, and kind. Would absolutely stay again!

even better location than i thought

This cabin was wonderful! for such a good price I didn't anticipate the location to be as amazing as it was. Close to all the hiking and kayaking, but so secluded up on a mountain. Timmy was so responsive but gave us full privacy. An outdoor heater that worked AMAZING and feeding the donkeys were extra perks.

KY house on Mountain

We appreciated the communication and comfort of the home. Definitely one of our top favorites we have rented on vrbo! The house is in a very remote location however the drive is worth it!

Red Gorge getaway

Farm was perfect. Animals were beautiful and feeding them was an added bonus. Home was clean. Owner was very attentive and available. We will definitely be returning.
