This home was perfect for our family reunion of 10 to gather. Each family unit had their own bathroom and there was ample room to spread out inside and outside. It was in a private location minutes away from beaches and restaurants. The house manager, Jackie was very helpful and communicative.

Spacious house with a great kitchen, plenty of bathrooms, ample parking, and a layout that worked well for our group of 12. Management was also responsive to 2 immediate break/fix issues.Unfortunately, the property needs significant maintenance and updating. Several mattresses were very poor, the couch was musty, the outdoor shower was in rough shape, several outlets didn't work, and a number of items were simply marked as broken rather than repaired. The house has great potential, but after 30 years of renting summer homes, this was one of the rougher properties we've experienced.

House is a bit dated but very spacious and the located was wonderful! We loved being close to beaches and downtown and had a lot of fun exploring the area. House is good for a large family gathering and could probably hold more with air mattresses if permitted by the hosts!

Thank you Deborah and family for another top **** review. Location-Location-Location! That’s what all renters rave about-especially when they can walk to Grumpy’s, Ice cream shop, Dennis Village , Scargo Tower and Lost Dog Pub. We prefer the rustic “ Old Cape Cod “ feel, though lack the Pine walls. Hope to see you back another season to share our beautiful home.

Great location, very comfortable and roomy for our family of 10

We had a fantastic stay. The location couldn't be better located very close to town beaches. The property manager was very attentive and available whenever we had any questions. The house had a very nice layout that gave our family plenty of room to have our own space. 4 bathrooms were a huge plus to property as well. We would definitely stay again if we were to return to Cape Cod.

Spacious, clean, well equipped home for a large group.

This home is very well suited for large groups. It is very clean, modern, good layout and has everything you need to prepare and serve meals to large groups inside or out. It is not the best location if you prefer to be able to walk or bike places as there are no shoulders on the roads and lots of blind curves.

Beautiful Cape Cod

My family enjoyed a wonderful week at this beautiful home. It is in the perfect location to get to the fantastic family friendly beaches and anywhere else on the Cape. The house is family friendly and very comfortable. Our group of nine loved the spacious kitchen and dining area. We had a problem with not getting enough hot water, however, Jackie, the caretaker, called a plumber and the repair was made. We look forward to renting this house again.

Great family vacation

The house has lots of space and bathrooms. Nice large kitchen. Jackie was very helpful and responsive. I think the cleaning service could have done a little better job but bedrooms and bathrooms were clean which was the most important part. Love that linens are provided and several beach chairs. Short drive to a nice beach which was great. This is a nice property in a quiet location. Really enjoyed it!

We are so sorry for the cleaning disappointment-wish you had brought this to Jackie’s attention and we would have brought cleaners back to do it right! We have now brought it to the attention of the owner of cleaning service and trust that she will work with her people. And now Jackie will be double-checking when she hands over keys and gives house tour. Otherwise so happy that you enjoyed our peaceful patio and garden and nearby beaches.
