There was no host interaction at all after the check-in message which was sent the morning of our check-in date. The apartment was spacious and clean. However we were only given 4 towels total (2 bath towels and 2 washcloths), no kitchen or hand towels. The only toilet paper provided for a 4 day/5 night stay was the paper already on the roll in each bathroom. No facial tissues and only 1 roll of paper towels. There was also partially used food in the cabinets (peanut butter & chips). The code for the main entry to the building was not necessary as it was propped open the entirety of our stay allowing anyone to walk into the building at all hours.

Gets the job done

This is a pretty no frills place to stay and was all we needed for a short overnight stay. The parking situation confused me a little and if you return late, you will likely have to guess where to park so that you aren't at risk for a tow. The bed was firm verging on hard which for me was a good thing. The property owner responded to parking questions within a few hours.

Reservation page shows furnishings that upon arrival were either damaged to unusable or missing entirely. Communications about this first said "we only have 1 TV" then "some guest moved it into the bedroom" then "oh it was damaged" Sent the 'property manager' out to get replacements and never returned. Request for a credit was met with a sob nonsense story about how they "aren't even covering the rent" Wifi was crap too, and continually went out for 5-15 minutes at a time. Avoid, go somewhere else, there's a lot of places to stay within 10 minutes of here.

It was ok.

Whoever cleaned prior to our arrival didn’t do their job. They left an actual pile of dirt they swept up on the floor. The shower wasn’t clean. The property only supplied two red towel and two hand towels. We washed all the towels prior to use. The linen on the bed did not appear to be clean but the comforter is black, it could have been lint. We had to buy toilet paper because the rolls provided were practically empty. We left a roll of Charmin when we departed. It advertised outdoor patio furniture but the furniture was broken and unusable. It also advertised two TVs. There is only one. The location was perfect. So, bring extra towels and some linen. We use VRBO frequently this is the first time we have ever encountered subpar service.

I wrote several paragraphs of our experience. The review outlined the details of the dirty condo, the hosts refusal to give us a refund, the refusal of VRBO to give a refund. I hit submit and my narrative disappeared.

Great

We had the wrong code to get in but the property manager was quick to respond and help get us in. The apartment is beautiful, roomy and comfy. The shower is blissful! Parking is covered and the elevator is handy. Linens are a little stained but clean. It is a close drive to a lot of shopping but still felt away from the busyness of the city tWe would stay again.

Had to find a place close by while our house was being renovated. Outstanding customer service and super fast response when we had questions. Loved the area being close by our house. The tenants were super friendly.
