Our property is located in Miramar, one of the safest neighborhoods in Florida, and we’ve never had complaints about noise. Cleanliness and guest comfort are top priorities for us. The home was thoroughly cleaned before your arrival, and we’ve had no previous reports of any smoke smell. While we considered your request for a partial refund, after inspecting the property ourselves, we found it to be clean and without any smoke odor. We take pride in maintaining a high standard and regret that you were not satisfied.

Hello Rachel, unfortunately since you insisted on checking in before the house was cleaned my cleaning staff did not get to completely finish their job. I usually don’t allow check-in before the house is completely cleaned but you mentioned that you had a dire emergency so I allowed it. The water pressure in the shower was fixed directly after your booking. Thank you for visiting !
