1. Our property is situated on the 3rd floor of Avenue One, a condominium community. Being a corner unit, it offers more spacious square footage compared to other 1-bedroom units, affording greater privacy as the entrance hallway is not shared and experiences minimal foot traffic.
2. For added security, a door camera is installed, accessible via an app for guests.
3. Upon entering the unit, a large mirror adorns one wall, enhancing the sense of space.
4. Kitchen:
• Recently upgraded with new cabinets, cabinet lighting, a wide sink, and a waterfall countertop.
• Additional wide cabinet storage, featuring granite countertops.
• The countertop serves as a breakfast area, complete with barstools.
• Essential dinnerware and cooking utensils are neatly organized in top and bottom cabinets.
• Coffee maker and toaster are provided for guests’ convenience.
5. Living room:
• A spacious dining area with a six-seater table, extendable if needed.

I’m very intentional about every detail when it comes to hosting, from the layout to the furniture, to making sure the energy feels light and welcoming. I’ve designed it to be welcoming, comfortable, and cozy… the kind of place I’d want to stay in myself.
