Newly built in Summer 2023, this luxurious 4-story, 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom townhome boasts high-end finishes and a coveted location in the heart of downtown Silverthorne. Perfect for up to 8 guests, it offers a king-sized bed, a queen-sized bed, and a twin-over-queen bunk bed with an extra twin trundle. Other highlights include hardwood radiant heat flooring, an in-unit washer and dryer, a dedicated workspace for remote work, a private two-car garage, upscale finishes throughout, and a private rooftop deck with stunning 360-degree views of Silverthorne and Buffalo Mountain.

The Fourth Street Crossing complex provides guests with convenient access to Silverthorne's shops, restaurants, and amenities, including Bluebird Market, which is just minutes away on foot. Additionally, it is centrally located making for convenient access to the famed attractions of Summit County. Explore notable destinations such as Keystone, Breckenridge, and Copper Mountain, as well as renowned golf courses like Keystone River, Keystone Ranch, Breckenridge, Raven Golf Club, and much more.

As you enter the property, you will be greeted by the lower-level guest bedroom and the private two-car garage. A gear storage area in the garage provides hooks and a storage shelf for your convenience as you come and go throughout the day and parking for two vehicles is available in the private garage. Additional overnight parking is available nearby. The lower-level guest bedroom offers a twin-over-queen bunk bed with an extra twin trundle, along with an en suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower.

As you ascend the first flight of stairs, you'll step into the expansive open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas. The living area offers plenty of upscale yet inviting furniture for your whole group, all centered around a smart TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace with an elegant stacked stone surround. The full-size kitchen boasts modern stainless steel appliances, sleek quartz countertops, and all the essentials for preparing a meal away from home. Meanwhile, the rustic wooden dining table effortlessly merges natural elements with contemporary design, comfortably seating six. There is a convenient guest half bathroom on this level as well.

Heading up yet another flight of stairs, you will find the primary suite, the larger of the two guest bedrooms, and the full-size washer and dryer. The primary suite offers a luxurious king-sized bed, swivel-mounted smart TV for entertainment, and a generously sized walk-in closet. The en suite bathroom is elegantly appointed with dual quartz countertop vanities, a refreshing walk-in shower, and a separate toilet area for added privacy. The upper-level guest bedroom comes equipped with a queen-sized bed, another mounted smart TV above a workspace, and a ceiling fan. There is an additional guest bathroom just outside of this bedroom which features a shower and bathtub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and an initial supply of toiletries for your convenience.

Finally, on the 4th floor of this townhome, your adventure comes to an end with your very own private rooftop deck. Here, you'll discover a brand new hot tub (installed July 2024), cozy outdoor furniture.

Perfect for What We Needed!

We had a slightly different use for this property then most. We had spent a week traveling with my in-laws to different National Parks in Colorado, including a lot of hiking and activities. For our last 2 days, we wanted a place to just relax and enjoy the comforts of "home" and this location fit the bill perfectly! The only negative we could come up with is that we wish we stayed longer than 2 nights!

Awesome stay

We came to Colorado for our annual ski vacation and the townhouse was exactly what our family needed. It was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked and the hot tub was very clean. W3We will definitely be staying hwre next year.

Conveniently located, clean and homey retreat

And every night after skiing we enjoyed soaking in the rooftop hot tub. We’ve stayed at other places in Silverthorne and Dillon and this was the most convenient by far. We’ve stayed were able to walk to the Market every night for dinner which could accommodate the diverse tastes of our family. We’ll definitely book this again for future ski trips.

Honestly nothing negative. One of the best rental experiences I’ve had. Everything worked, was well furnished, and the bookshelf with popular titles was the cherry on top. Would/will return!

A Wonderful Family Christmas!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From start to finish, our stay was perfect! The townhome was spotless and had everything we needed! The kitchen was stocked as well as, if not better than, any place we had ever rented. We cooked almost every day and had plenty of dishes, pots, pans, glassware, etc. Appliances were all in working order and of very nice quality. We enjoyed the spaciousness - bedrooms, beds. linens, and bathrooms for all of us! The hot tub was such a treat after a day of skiing or snow shoeing. Nothing more relaxing than having snowflakes falling on your head as you sit in the clean, relaxing hot tub with views of Keystone and Buffalo Mountain. The drive to Frisco and the Breck area were easy; drop-off and parking for skiing uncomplicated. Some of us also enjoyed the Nordic Ski Center in Breck - a beautiful, family owned and operated center for cross country skiing. We ate out one evening at the Dillon Dam Brewery and enjoyed it. We did it ALL! When we had management questions, they were answered politely and immediately via text. What a nice way to spend Christmas with our family! We also appreciated the little Christmas tree as well as the touch of garland and a wreath on the stair rails - totally unexpected! Thank you for having us. We will come again.

We are also in the resort and have the longest business hours of any management company.

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
