This stylish, high-end condo is the perfect base for exploring the best of Summit Country – including the exciting, revitalized downtown Silverthorne! You’ll love being steps away from the Bluebird Market with more than a dozen dining options and retail shops, and many other choices within a short stroll. All of Summit County’s ski resorts are within a short drive and in the summer, enjoy hiking, biking, world-class fly fishing on the Blue River, golf, and the nearby Dillon Reservoir. You and your group will love this place!

Fourth Street Crossing Summit Townhome is a 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath premium corner-unit townhome that’s an excellent choice for groups of up to six guests. The living area features high ceilings and large windows for a spacious, airy feel. There’s comfy seating, a floor-to-ceiling rock gas fireplace, and a large flat-screen smart TV as well. The gorgeous kitchen has large marble counters, stainless-steel appliances (including a gas range), extensive cookware choices, and there’s seating for six at the dining table and three at the counter.

Other amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a private garage (two smaller vehicles or one large vehicle). Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. Our helpful staff is also available 24/7 should you need anything.

Really clean property, great kitchen, nice location near restaurants. The one thing is the sofa bed would likely not fit two adults, so it only fits 6 people if two are small children. Would definately come back.

Unfortunately our check in was pushed back due to cleaning. When we were finally allowed in the rental we noticed it had not been cleaned. There was hair left in bathrooms, sticky spots on the floors and spills left running down the kitchen cabinets. If was very disappointing as we had been on the road all day getting there and were ready to shower and relax but we had to clean first. I did ask to have management call me which they did get back to me but by text. The location was great and it’s a beautiful mountain town.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great summer experience with Summit Mountain Rentals this year. They provided a fresh place that was ideal for easy access to dining, recreation rentals, shopping, Summit County communities, and riverside walking trails. When we needed something, they took care of it. We plan on returning again next year.

Lovely Stay in Silverthorne

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Super clean and had everything we needed. Was a home away from home and we really enjoyed the stay. Especially loved the roof terrace area where we could watch the stars at night. While no fault of the accommodations, there was a bit of noise from cars and passersby at night and early in the morning. Made sure to keep the windows closed at these times.

Great location

Great location for a family to go to the mountains! We loved having the little Playgarten and food hall next door and the rooftop patio area. Easy walk around town and we enjoyed the house.

Great location

I give this a great review because of price and location. If the price was higher I would have nitpicked things like the ikea like furniture. There is no light over dining room table. But for the price, no complaints. Nice to have a garage. Very narrow garage door, but deep garage. I parked a Suburban in there. If I owned this place I would put nicer furniture throughout, add dining room light, put tv’s in bedrooms, drop a hot tub on the rooftop deck, and raise the prices by 50%.

This unit was perfect. Well stocked. Very clean Beds comfortable. Brand new . Kitchen well stocked. Checking in and out was easy. Property manager was very responsive. Great location
