Tranquil Seascape is a newly built, 3 Bedroom, 2 1/2 bath condo located just steps from the beach, within the resort style community of The Beach Club at Whalehead in the very center of Corolla.
This unique townhome is a premier end-unit location with large picture windows to take in the views of nature while enjoying the enhanced privacy and shade of this desirable location within the community. The space is filled with beautiful, original oils and watercolors.
The primary floor of this stunning, recently built vacation retreat features a generous layout, highlighted by a sizable kitchen adorned with a spacious (extended) central island, perfect for gathering and meal preparation. The kitchen comes fully equipped with essential appliances, pots, pans, dishes, and utensils, ensuring you have everything needed for cooking and savoring homemade dishes. Additionally, a separate dining area offers extra seating choices. With its open floor design, there's ample room for the whole family to unwind and relish in comfort.
The plush sofa provides an ideal spot for cuddling up to enjoy a movie on the spacious Smart TV or for getting snug with a captivating book. Moreover, it conveniently transforms into a queen-sized pull-out bed, offering an extra sleeping option for additional guests.
On the main level, you'll discover a convenient half bath and access to the unit's private garage.
Ascending to the upper level, you'll be greeted by a spacious master suite, complete with its own bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. Step out onto the private outdoor balcony, where you can relish your morning coffee while basking in the sunrise or unwind with a glass of wine beneath the starlit sky, overlooking the community.
The second and third bedrooms offer a king bed and a queen bed respectively, with a connecting Jack 'n Jill style bathroom. This full bathroom includes a tub/shower combination for those seeking a soothing bath at the end of the day.
Also situated conveniently on the upper level is a laundry room, equipped with a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience throughout your stay.
For your comfort and ease, we provide all bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels (available May to October), as well as essential toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap. Additionally, we offer a starter pack of essentials to kickstart your stay, including paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, coffee, creamer, and sweetener.
Parking space is available for two vehicles—one in the garage and the other in the driveway. Any additional vehicles can utilize the visitor spots located conveniently throughout the property.
While we warmly welcome your furry companions, please note that the HOA regulations permit a maximum of two dogs per home, each weighing no more than 50 lbs. A designated dog park is available on the premises, along with waste stations conveniently located throughout the community.
The pool is heated May-Nov and cabanas are available when the pool is open.
