This charming tiny home is the perfect getaway for your family or friend group! Located in a family-friendly neighborhood, a short ride/drive to everywhere in Charlotte!
5 minute lake Wylie, One block to 6 mile bike & nature trails, basketball, tennis, playground, Carowinds (perfect for all ages!) and 20 minute to downtown charlotte.
you will stay and have access to the entire of tiny home unit : 1bed/1bath studio, and functional kitchen. sleep 2 people. has it own separate entrance.


IMPORTANT NOTICE:
(Strict NO PARTY No Events. Parties or Large Gatherings are not allowed, if this policy is violated, local authority will be notified, all guests will be required to leave the premise permanently ( Evidence of Parties will result in huge Fine, unpermitted guests are not allowed on the property unless you have received permission from the host) We are committed to keeping the surrounding neighborhoods safe. Please understand the importance of this matter.

Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM-9AM, This is a residential community. Please be considerate of neighbors. NO gatherings or excessive NOISE.

HOUSE
The modern tiny home is very arts and cute style , the house has open rooms with 1bed 1 bath studio and full kitchen, is perfect for families and friend groups with an entire house for you to enjoy! the living room equips a futon sleep bed, extra linens, sleep 2 people
**There is NO SMOKING inside this house**

the room stocked up for limitless fun! With a drawer filled full of board games, a smart tv equipped with all your streaming needs (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, Youtube, HMDI cables, etc) and more! , it's a great place to gather your family or friends for a nice way to unwind after a long day of city fun!


PETS
No pets are allowed in the house or on the property. Please respect this rule. If guests are found to have brought pets with them during their stay, a fine will be charged of $500 and guests will forfeit their security deposit..

GUESTS
A maximum of 2 guests are allowed to stay in this tiny home. If more space is needed, we have a second unit that may also be rented out (unless already occupied during those dates). any kind or more than 2 guests are also not allowed on the property. there is no event allowed for this unit. If guests are found to have hosted an event or gathering over 2 guests without the agreement and acknowledge , a fine of $1000 will be charged and guests will forfeit their security deposit.

NO smoking
NO smoking inside the house. or no smoking in our woods, it can cause the fire in the woods

PARKING
There is parking available on a first come first served basis for the two units of this duplex. there is parking sign show where you should park your vehicles

Once payment has been received and your stay in the house has begun, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all our rules listed above.

Guests are sent instructions on how to check into the house (keypad) as well as all the amenities in the house available for your use while staying after the house is booked! We will also provide details of local offerings and activities via email as well as on site! Owners are available via email , phone and onsite if you need anything during your stay! These contacts will be provided to you after you booking begins.
